Even if you know English and they hear you speak Spanish, they put obstacles in your way and don't help you, there is some discrimination for the same reason and they want you to show your papers, only a certain Jody was able to serve me well

Terrible service I had an appointment on Tuesday at 2pm I forgot a document I told the cashier if I could look for it and then she would help me she was the only friendly one who told me yes, the rest were those who serve to open accounts without doing anything talking to each other no They felt like helping me, one of them is called Rebeca, it seems disrespectful to me because they play with other people's time, so they have positions like that. And they are not capable of having good customer service.

I hope this helps business owners choose this Chase branch in O-Town. I am a new business owner moved in the area from out of country to build a great business and create employment. The first decision to make is which bank to trust. Banks are more than simply transactional - people make the difference - with Chase I found I have secure online banking tools (I discovered Chase is THE most secure so wires and large funds transfer are reviewed for fraud, I get alerts and ultimately peace of mind) but in as much as I heard Chase branches are light on people- the O-Town branch is staffed with some of the most courteous, professional and friendly people I have met. I read lots of reviews on other banks and branches in Windermere and O-Town area and I am very happy with my decision to call this branch my trusted foundation to grow my wonderful new business. Do your own research of course. I find most people having not achieved their expectations leave negative reviews, not enough people share their positive experience.

This is a useless location with no teller and nobody ready to help you when you walk in as multiple groups of people come in just standing there clearly needing help.

Not impressed at all.Walked in the bank looking for rates on checking accounts . Waited for good 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then thought the teller that came out was rude, and they didn’t have any good rates on checking accounts, so i left .Not recommended, will not be doing any business with Chase Bank.

I really love this office and it is the one that is much closer to my work, but the girl Tiffany is always very rude and today she dared to tell me that she was not going to serve me next time because she had a lot of deposits. to make. and that she had to make them on the machine. I really follow orders from my superiors and I can't do anything else. She is very rude. On one occasion the manager helped me directly and she was a beautiful person and very kind, but this very rude Tiffany girl should not work until she improves her customer service and unfortunately she is alone when I have to go deposit.

Needed a notary, was told to wait for next available, after 45 minutes was told they wouldn’t see me without an appointment and to come back another day.

Chase at o-town was fantastic , good service and very friendly I went out of my appointment and they attended me anywaysEverything was fast and easy and finally I can open my checking account.Thanks Rebecca ☺️
