I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of Chase bank manager, Evelyn, who has been overseeing my investments at her branch. Shockingly, she appeared at my divorce proceedings without any invitation from me and listened to the entire proceeding, which involved highly personal and private information.
This is not just a breach of trust, but also a clear violation of ethical standards and client privacy. A bank manager should uphold the highest level of confidentiality, especially when dealing with sensitive matters like personal finances. Evelyn’s behavior not only shows a lack of respect for my privacy but also raises serious concerns about her judgment and professionalism.
As a long-time customer of Chase, I expect better from the bank’s representatives. This incident has led me to lose confidence in her ability to manage my financial affairs securely. I strongly recommend that Chase reviews Evelyn’s actions and considers her immediate replacement.

This branch is AWFUL. You can't get anyone that knows what they're doing and Jenny Delgado, Jeff Finkelstein, et. al, won't answer their phones. If you need anything done, DON'T go here. In fact, you should probably just find a new bank.

If your a new customer dont bank with chase they close accounts if your first check is over a certian amount because it was “frand”

Very nice looking for a bank but for a new one there ATMs are never working. Everytime I go in There are a bunch of workers but only one teller ever on. Love chase but not this location.

Been banking here for quite sometime and the whole staff is amazing. I usually deal with Erin Silveira and she is very polite and knowledgeable!
