Hi. This was my first time at this branch and I was a little off since I saw not very good reviews, but actually my experience was great. The lady receiving my cc payment was pleasant, polite and quick. I went on Nov 12th at 4 45 pm.

I have been a long-time customer of Chase and have never had an issue. When Washington Mutual was bought by Chase, I stayed with them and, as I have said, I have had nothing but stellar service from them. This location is on Narcoossee Road oh, so expect quite a bit of traffic getting in and out. You really can't begrudge a business for being on a busy road oh, just letting you know. The bank is clean and attractive and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend either this Chase location or any Chase location.
