I want to thank the excellent service I received at that Branch when I went to resolve a situation I had had online because the security department had blocked my credit card and I could not access my application and they assisted me professionally and effectively, but I especially thank Ms. Bruna for following my case until I unblocked my credit card and not allowing me to be late with my payments and damage my records.Thank you very much again Mrs. Bruna.

I'd rather deal with a robot then deal with anybody inside Chase Bank all the workers are useless just come in and get a paycheck and go home no type of customer service if they're not going to interact with you what's the purpose of them being in there and that goes for all Chase Bank specials the one on OBT the attic on break or not there that day or going to lunch or just sitting at the table just pretending like they're on the phone for 45 minutes if you stay with each customer for 45 minutes you would only have eight customers a day so how could you run a bank with a customers a day

Impossible to rate zero which are the stars that this place deserves. Drive thru atms NEVER works and inside the line was insane because there’s only ONE atm!

This place never cease to amaze me always 30 + min just to cash a check...for some reason the last 3 times I've been there the line is always 2 people when I get there and 5 when I leave..everyone seems to go on a break...

Horrible customer service, only 2 tellers and they're very slow, the cubicles are all empty there's no Bank staff, the line is wrapped around the entire Lobby and you have to wait 20 to 25 minutes to even get to a teller once you get to the teller they are all so slow. The branch manager just sits down and doesn't get up to help the tellers when she sees that there is a long line. Unprofessional staff, with no sense of urgency. Will close my account this week.

This Chase location is terrible. I sat there for 30 minutes and no one came to assist me. There was an employee assisting a customer. When she was done, she left. She could've at least told me no one would assist me. I stood up twice and the second time, one teller looked at me right in the eyes and kept working, didn't tell me no one could assist me. I don't care if they were on break. I don't care if they all left! TELL ME NO ONE CAN HELP YOU. COME BACK LATER. Is that too much to ask for that service? NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. They obviously don't careBecause they're Chase and at the end of the day. They're job is secured and that's why this location will have 1 star, but will still be operating and it's terrible employees will be there. Doing a mediocre job

Avoid this branch if you can. They are understaffed so the wait time is erigous. Also they don't answer phone calls, so don't bother calling for help or answers.

Called twice on 11/24/2021 around 12:35 PM Eastern time and nobody answered. Chase has been closing some branch offices so I need to know if they have tellers there or just an ATM. I cannot tell from this unanswered phonecall. They should have someone answering calls at anytime during the business day. This is bad customer service not answering them.
