TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!
My mom recently visited this bank to make a deposit and had a disappointing encounter that compelled me to share my feedback. The service she received from Jessica D., one of the tellers, was nothing short of terrible, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
Despite her language barrier, Jessica's lack of patience and assistance made the transaction challenging. She refused to take my deposit and she had to switch to a different teller. Her attitude was dismissive, and she handled the interaction in a manner that left her feeling undervalued as a customer.
After seeking help from another teller and a bank agent, she was promised a call from you, which unfortunately never materialized. The lack of follow-up and accountability in addressing the issue further added to my frustration.
Overall, her experience at the bank was marred by poor customer service and a lack of professionalism, particularly from Jessica D. As a customer, I expect foe to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any communication challenges.
I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for the bank to improve its customer service standards and ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and professionalism they deserve.

I want to thank the excellent service I received at that Branch when I went to resolve a situation I had had online because the security department had blocked my credit card and I could not access my application and they assisted me professionally and effectively, but I especially thank Ms. Bruna for following my case until I unblocked my credit card and not allowing me to be late with my payments and damage my records.Thank you very much again Mrs. Bruna.

I'd rather deal with a robot then deal with anybody inside Chase Bank all the workers are useless just come in and get a paycheck and go home no type of customer service if they're not going to interact with you what's the purpose of them being in there and that goes for all Chase Bank specials the one on OBT the attic on break or not there that day or going to lunch or just sitting at the table just pretending like they're on the phone for 45 minutes if you stay with each customer for 45 minutes you would only have eight customers a day so how could you run a bank with a customers a day

This place never cease to amaze me always 30 + min just to cash a check...for some reason the last 3 times I've been there the line is always 2 people when I get there and 5 when I leave..everyone seems to go on a break...

Ms. Esperanza Brazdaluz, with bad attention, I asked her a question, she left me with the word in my mouth, she turned her back on me and continued. Very bad service and ethics, that is not done to a customer. Then Yesica helped me and very excellent attention, she deserves 5 stars. She was very kind.

Terrible ATM service in car service, you have to be careful when you get a lot of money, the machine goes blank in the middle of the transaction.
