I just drove 25 minutes knowing the bank closed at 5 o’clock.”, Needing cashiers checks to move into my new home tomorrow. Without these checks, it is very likely I lose my deposit and will potentially not have a place to live. I was standing in the pre-lobby at 4:57 trying to open the door, and every employee, including the security guard turned their backs to me. I can not describe the way I am feeling right now with everything else that’s happening, but this was the kicker for me. I understand my arrival was later than ideal, but there is just something about a company having posted hours and closing the doors early that really gets to me. Do better.

Worst bank ever. The atm isn’t open after hours because the strip reader is broken so now that of can’t deposit money your checks will bounce and they can charge you a $36 fee for that. Nice scam they’ve got going

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. My family and I are here on vacation and had an emergency pop up. I needed something notarized asap and I’m so glad I came here. I was greeted so nicely by Will and then I believe Ameshia (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name; it was beautiful and unique, I just can’t remember) was so kind and got me signed in right away. Karen helped with notarizing my form and was an absolute gem to chat with.

On Feb 20th 2024, at approximately 4:50 PM, I attempted to make a cash deposit for a family member's business account. I do this on a regular basis with little to no inconveniences but this time, the Chase Employee's behavior was downright disrespectful toward me.
My deposit was done on Cashbox #10, session 90 and the employee receiving it was Karen.
I was addressed in a particular way by the employee, as if I was doing something unlawful. I coped with her discourteous manners considering that it can be seen as strange that someone else was doing the deposit instead of the account holder. My issue however was that after the cash deposit, she BANGED on the glass pannel with significant force to turn in the receipt.
I did not deserve to be embarrassed like this as a customer when all I was doing was a deposit. I don't want to imply that there was discrimination involved but please, have your employees in check.

ATMs are always out of order!! Very inconvenient! Charge you an overdraft fee when you don’t have the ability to make a deposit!!!! That’s crazy!

The most useless chase bank, drive thru never works. Door don’t open with card after hours. Inside atm always broken down as well.

We arrived from a bank, there was no one to assist us, all the employees were talking, I opened an account with cash and it was dangerous, I had to go with my 36 thousand dollars to Banco America and at once Pablo, the worst bank employee and the manager, opened it for me. chubby brunette I don't remember his name

Honestly the worst Chase I have ever been to in my entire life and I’ve lived in four different states. The ATM never works on the weekends and the lobby. ATMs are also in accessible on the weekenda making it impossible for me to deposit any of my cash.
