Surprised by all the bad reviews. I went to the bank yesterday and was immediately greeted by Anthony. Told him the type of tranaction I needed and he quickly sat me down and began the process. While he was waiting on some paperwork, he noticed the customer line buiding and politely asked me if I minded if he took care of the customer while we waited for paperwork. I said no and he proceeded to greet the customer and took care of them. He immediately came back with the paperwork, I signed and the transaction all done.
I was very pleased with how things transpired, but more importantly was so impressed with the customer service professionalism that this young man showed.
Kudos to you Anthony - Chase should be proud to have you!

I am very satisfied, Libni Luna helped me and made me feel very safe, she is very professional and patient, excellent treatment. I recommend this bank and this person for any service they require, because she gives more than what the client expects and that is admirable

I can’t imagine why Chase would close the location on Semoran which had 3 (working) ATMs that were always busy, and force us to come to this one where the ATM is ALWAYS DOWN! No kidding the last 4 of 5 times that I’ve tried to come here it’s broken. Such a frustrating situation.

Waited 20 minutes while a employee sat at her desk on her phone to come out and tell me they don’t have someone till 3 hours later. Waste of my time.

My question is, why are there no ATMs around Semmoran? If before there was one next to the Walmart store... Whenever you need to go to the cashier it is remote, removed

I absolutely despise coming here. It’s the closest Chase branch to home and occasionally I need to deposit cash. Drive-up ATM is down more than a McDonald’s ice cream machine. Just a joke of a bank.

Do Not Use JPMorgan Chase as your trusted bank, please read.My wife and I have had Chase for over 27 years. My wife of 42 years passed away the beginning of April 2023. At the time we were both getting SSA payments. For those that are not aware, SSA payments are made in arrears meaning April's payment is for the month of March. Since my wife passed in April her benefits ceased with her yet her April payment goes to me, her husband. Chase put a "hold" on the electronic payment, without any notification, and will not release the hold until mid October. They will release the funds back to SSA if SSA completes one of two methods Chase requires. The problem is SSA says they have requested the funds to be released twice and Chase still has not released the funds. It is not the end of June without resolution. I have had a conference call with Chase and SSA which lead nowhere. In the mean time I am no closer to getting the funds released. Chases' reasoning for the Hold is in case SSA wants the funds back Chase does not want to be on the hook for the amount. In the joint call SSA asked for one of two things to happen....release the funds to my joint account with my wife or send them back the funds so they can electronically transfer the money right back in the same account. There were a couple of insane suggestions the Chase representative made during a one on one conversation. It was suggested I pay SSA the amount on hold, get a receipt and show Chase my receipt from SSA and then they would release my money. I asked if she was serious in the suggestion. First of all I am on fixed income and desperately need the money and do not have the money even if I were that dump to pay SSA for money owed me already. This suggestion was not from a teller, it was from a corporate representative specializing in joint accounts where one has passed away. Trusting a bank to be a good steward of your money should be a honored privilege. Chase has demonstrated their stewardship on my account is lacking. Chase has also made the news very recently on some legal issues they are facing. I understand you do not always know of or approve of how customers may spend their money. But when it comes to basic moral issues surrounding child endangerment, I would have hoped my bank would have said NO, WE are Not going to be a part of that endeavor. It is a very large amount of money, more than the amount folks like the readers of this message make and transfer around. Please rethink your choices, who you support or allow to be stewards of your finances. Chase has put a Hold on my money and kept me a bay knowing I have a right to the funds and that SSA would not request Chase be responsible for these funds.Say NO to Chase.
