I visited this branch with my Dad and felt like I was right at home. They were very friendly, patient and professional. The staff was very accommodating in such short notice and I really appreciate that.

Worst possible experience. Bad customer service and the tellers and branch personnel don’t know the scope of their job. They obviously don’t know their own policies, and have not even read them. It’s crazy a customer knows the policies more than than the actual people that work there.

Chase bank failed me today. Erica Garcia the branch manager decided her vault was too full to take my rolled coins. She verbally assaulted me in the main area of the branch raising her voice and making me very uncomfortable. All I was trying to do was turn in some rolled coins. This is a branch that does a lot of business in the Spanish community and when I go in to do business in English I feel like an outsider. Erica raised her voice put up her hand in my face and had her security guard escort me out of the building and wouldn’t let me back in. I had to call Steven Rosario the district manager to come from another branch to do the work. He showed up, listened to me and brought out bins to the parking lot where him and I put the coins into the bins. (Not inside the bank, but on the ground outside the bank). When I asked if I’m still a customer and allowed into the bank, he said of course but honestly that didn’t feel right. I’m shocked by the level of customer service by Erica and her team but now that I see all the one star reviews I guess I’m not the only one. Not one time did Erica come out from her office to apologize about her actions to me after her boss showed up. Chase Bank you didn’t handle this correctly. I would think twice before walking into this branch as long as Erica is there.

Chase has been my personal and business bank for over 7 years, excellent customer service and advice. All the staff is very professional and friendly, but Laura Román makes a big difference, her empathy, human quality, charisma and professionalism are of a high level.

This Bank sucks they're always broken down machines you Spanish people that are tellers they take so long because they all want to conversate with the other Spanish people that nobody can get anything done their computers don't work half the time JP Morgan you need to get your bank together you checking all this money from everybody and your bank is a piece of junk garbage your business sucks you do bad business man. I would recommend using another bank Chase sucks. Especially for small businesses JPMorgan you can kiss my

Lillian was super patient, helpful and kind!! The other young Latina lady with the curly hair acted like she was too busy too help yet she went to the back with the other tellers and was talking in Spanish about how people come in 10 mins before closing like they don't have a life. I was the last customer in the bank so i know she was talking about me. Super unprofessional

Unreliable - came in for an issue on my account never resolved but influenced to open a checking account for $300 btw never received it. I complained to the mgr Erica supposedly sent an email for an approval and she's never reached out in months. Disappointed with this branch will never go back.
