If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service received from Scott Joslin. I've been banking through Chase for the last 6 months and was looking to upgrade my Secure Checking account to Total Checking account because I have received numerous notifications on the Chase Banking App that I've been approved for this upgrade. Scott proceeds to be rude and condisending while telling me I'm denied and refusing to tell me exactly why I'm denied, he would just shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know, can't tell you" . Instead of coming up with some type of solution, he instead offered absolutely no recommendations or insight. I work in the customer service industry and his behavior was unacceptable. How he is employed there is beyond my understanding.

I have been trying to open an account for months now, through the online portal the ID scan to open an account is broken. I have called support several times and they are unable to resolve. Now because you have no weekend hours, I have to take off work just to open an account with you. Absolutely rediculous.

After reading all of the reviews of this branch I feel I must comment. I have been a customer here for many years, back when.it was Washington Mutual. It's not the closest one to where I live but when I need to do business inside I always come here.Sometimes I have had to wait, but it's usually because all 3 of the tellers have customers who have needs that just take time and they give those customers respectable service without rushing them. Could be an older person that is overwhelmed by technology or an average person who was scammed, or having a difficult time financially. I've been in those situations and more, but I know they will make the time to do as much as they can to help me, and not say"I'm sorry there is nothing we can do .I'm curious to know how many of those who wrote bad reviews have worked in service positions and dealt with overreacting, ignorant, or selfish better than thou people.I do agree that the ATM is not reliable. But it is a machine. It happens. Maybe it gets used so much it stops.

If I can give it zero stars, I would. Avoid a banker name Anthony ( white male) unless you want to be discriminated against. My sil (Asian) states she wanted to open an account, but once her white female associate sat next to her Anthony directed majority of his question to the associate. Stating that he will add my sil later and create a profile for her even though she repeatedly told him she has accounts with Chase Bank. He never once asking where to send the mail just assuming that it would go to the white associate. As for the income question the white associate got what's your income range 25 to 50,000, 50,000 to 100,000, hundred to 200,000 whereas my sister-in-law she got the question is it above or below 50,000.Treat others how you like to be treated. We are one human family.

Not really sure what caused all the bad reviews here, I came to this location to close my account (cuz Chase does suck overall) but the people here seem nice enough. I came in really early on a Thursday so perhaps I just got lucky. Pati helped me and she was very nice, quick and efficient. She didn't give me a hard time for closing my account she was very helpful and pleasant.

Came in to open a bank account and had the displeasure of working with SCOTT Joslin, he was condescending, rude and unhelpful the whole entire time. I came in knowing what credit card I would like and he kept trying to get me to get another one and questioned me 4+ time why I wanted this one (I did the research and wanted to Chase Sapphire). He kept interrupting me asking me if I even had money as well. This was one of the worst interactions I ever had with any customer representative. SCOTT Joslin is a disgusting human being and I hope I never have to deal with him again or anyone who was as rude as him.
