This particular Chase bank is conveniently located on the corner of Bumby Avenue and East Colonial Drive (State Road 50) in the Mills 50 district of Orlando, Florida.With that being said, it is an incredibly convenient location for the downtown Orlando area and has its own private parking lot, so parking should not be an issue.It is an older style location. It might not be a sleek, modern looking establishment like other Chase locations, but it is almost stately looking and has a bit of formality to it that you don't see in the newer locations. They have a security guard on site, who greeted me as I entered. The teller was also very friendly and professional. I have been a longtime customer of Chase and have always had great customer service at the many locations that I have visited and this particular location was no different.If you already a Chase customer, this is a great location to visit. If you are looking for a new bank, I would definitely recommend this Chase or Chase as a whole.I will give it five stars overall.

If you want to waste time and have issues with your deposits, just go to this branch. The worst part is they never accept the made some mistakes, never apologizes, and they try to cover them. A complete disaster.

They removed one of 2 ATM machines for some unknown reason. The inside service is slow. One teller. I see why people don’t come into banks any more. It’s like a sort of purgatory. I haven’t been in one in a while, myself.

Still not understanding how depositing a check inside and it takes 45 minutes they have like 7 ppl and one person at the desk there’s 5 people in like and they are just standing around talking instead of helping the nice lady who had to deal with us all by ourselves

Rude and unhelpful staff. 20 year customer but first time at this branch. One and done here. Was in the area and came here. Walked out after zero help. Heading to my neighborhood Chase.

This is a fairly decent branch. Clean, pleasant and has a good location. The staff are pleasant and friendly.Sadly, this is disappointing.First off, it advertised "free wifi", but that has never worked. Working wifi would have made the waiting less annoying.Good luck trying to close an account with Chase.I'll be surprised if they will get the job done in under an hour. Just transfer the funds and close the account. How hard can that be?Right now, I'm waiting (and waiting, and waiting) for someone who will be here "very soon" to try to get past the dysfunctional banking software.Oh, and don't bother to take your debit card out of the country. If you make the wrong purchase, the transaction will be flagged as "suspicious" and they might call your cell phone to ask you about it - no help if your phone won't work overseas.

Only one banker here, booked up and can't help anyone. Although he's just sitting at his desk and the bank manager is having a personal phone call in his office. I'm done with chase bank. UPDATE: while waiting for my Uber, the banker proceeds to have a 5 min personal convo with the teller. What an embarrassing bank, closing account asap.
