We made an appointment on 12/11 for 2 pm to reopen our joint bank account they closed. Arrived before 2 pm, waiting 10 minutes before someone came out and informed us the only banker they have is not in today for whatever reason. A simple phone call this morning to inform us would have prevented us from wasting our time and effort it took to make this appointment as we have a week old newborn at home we had to make arrangements for to come here.

Chase Bank is one of the best banks I've ever dealt business with I highly recommended sometimes you're overdrawn and they turned it around and put it back in your account beyond 5 stars thank you so much in these Difficult times of need.. Every penny counts.??????

I drive past my local branch an extra 15 minutes to experience the exemplary customer service from Paul Jones and rest of staff. My favorite branch by far.

I have been a chase customer for over 10 years and have never been treated so rudely! A older white male approached me yesterday who was very rude and unprofessional this experience has made me look else where to bank. He is very lucky I did not catch his name. I am hoping chase sees this review and acts accordingly. He is very bad for business and how I now view chase as a whole!

Went into the branch yesterday to close several accounts in regards to fraud and horrible customer service. Today, my accounts are still active and had money deposited into it. If my accounts are closed they should stay inactive, this looks to me like they wanted to play with the number and stats sense it was the last day of the month. I will contact corporate for this as well!
All of this was processed by the branch manager. This is unprofessional and very shady
