After being disappointed 100 times by this Chase location, I decided to leave this review after the 101th time. I personally bank with BOA, but Chase was recommended to me by an associate so I decided to give them a chance and opened a business account with them early 2024. I am not sure if it is just this location or Chase Bank as an entity, but it has been superiorly unpleasant and unproductive working with this Chase branch location from the beginning, consistently with every visit. I don't feel at home here, I don't feel a sense of safety or potential for growth here as a business owner and customer with this branch. From the day I opened the account I had an appointment with the banker my associate recommended and while waiting I was approached by another banker and was persuaded to "get started" with them and could complete the account and consult with my preferred banker later. I felt uncomfortable about it but the banker was persistent and was moving along in the process so I went along with it. I will not state bankers names because I do not want to get anyone reprimanded just want to share my experience. I almost felt like I was a "commission opportunity" like a sale and not a customer the way I was picked up while waiting. Can't explain it but something didn't feel like it was for "my" convenience. There were several holes in the experience one of which being a $400 new business account bonus that I found while sitting at the desk looking into Chase on my device. Credit card options were offered but the bonus I had to present myself. It was applied to my account once I brought it up. Good thing I did huh. When I finally received my debit card there was an error on the name printed on the card. Checks were not offered or ordered until I went back to meet with the initial banker I intended to. And finally! My favorite part of the new account experience was when De Walter, the business relationship manager, called me to check in on my experience and failed to address any of my concerns or attempt to "manage the business relationship" as her title states. The call seemed like an impersonal work item to check off her list with no intent to follow through or leave any type of impression. I'm tired of writing, I can go on and on with other menial experiences ie them being randomly closed for whatever reason on random days or not having a notary available etc etc. It's just consistently not a productive experience for me and there isn't even a sense of customer service that can offset where they are lacking for me either. I think their overall rating speaks for itself. At this time I am looking to close my account and open with Bank of America, which I should have done from the start as they have been consistent regardless of which branch I bank at. Lesson learned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service received from Scott Joslin. I've been banking through Chase for the last 6 months and was looking to upgrade my Secure Checking account to Total Checking account because I have received numerous notifications on the Chase Banking App that I've been approved for this upgrade. Scott proceeds to be rude and condisending while telling me I'm denied and refusing to tell me exactly why I'm denied, he would just shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know, can't tell you" . Instead of coming up with some type of solution, he instead offered absolutely no recommendations or insight. I work in the customer service industry and his behavior was unacceptable. How he is employed there is beyond my understanding.

I have been trying to open an account for months now, through the online portal the ID scan to open an account is broken. I have called support several times and they are unable to resolve. Now because you have no weekend hours, I have to take off work just to open an account with you. Absolutely rediculous.

After reading all of the reviews of this branch I feel I must comment. I have been a customer here for many years, back when.it was Washington Mutual. It's not the closest one to where I live but when I need to do business inside I always come here.
Sometimes I have had to wait, but it's usually because all 3 of the tellers have customers who have needs that just take time and they give those customers respectable service without rushing them. Could be an older person that is overwhelmed by technology or an average person who was scammed, or having a difficult time financially. I've been in those situations and more, but I know they will make the time to do as much as they can to help me, and not say"I'm sorry there is nothing we can do .
I'm curious to know how many of those who wrote bad reviews have worked in service positions and dealt with overreacting, ignorant, or selfish better than thou people.
I do agree that the ATM is not reliable. But it is a machine. It happens. Maybe it gets used so much it stops.

The whole staff is great, knowledgeable and professional, and the branch is never crowded so you receive personal attention.

Not really sure what caused all the bad reviews here, I came to this location to close my account (cuz Chase does suck overall) but the people here seem nice enough. I came in really early on a Thursday so perhaps I just got lucky. Pati helped me and she was very nice, quick and efficient. She didn't give me a hard time for closing my account she was very helpful and pleasant.

Came in to open a bank account and had the displeasure of working with SCOTT Joslin, he was condescending, rude and unhelpful the whole entire time. I came in knowing what credit card I would like and he kept trying to get me to get another one and questioned me 4+ time why I wanted this one (I did the research and wanted to Chase Sapphire). He kept interrupting me asking me if I even had money as well. This was one of the worst interactions I ever had with any customer representative. SCOTT Joslin is a disgusting human being and I hope I never have to deal with him again or anyone who was as rude as him.

Absolutely love the customer I received from Scott first. Then Mallory second. I came to chase for my lunch hour and they were busy but Scott managed to keep me updated every step of the way. Unfortunately he didn’t get to service me but Mallory did .
