The food at this location by far is the best. The service is great, the people actually seem like they want to work here. I believe the managers name is Anthony, he always goes out of his way to explain any of the new items on the menu, I highly recommend the wings here; there made with love and care!

we just ordered through Uber Eats tonight. I can't imagine what the small sub looks like by the size we received. paid the extra and it was super small. ordered two shakes. not sure what happened but was drinking my strawberry and thought it was sour. thought just the strawberries. then my husband asked if my shake tasted funny because he thought his chocolate shake was sour. I am now praying to the gods above that I will not get sick overnight. I won't order from this one again.

The food here is always good, but the service makes it even better. I can't remember what the managers name is, but he's always nice and friendly when I come in. He truly cares about the customers.

We just enjoyed the most delicious Philly cheese steak sandwich. This was the 1st I have ever had and my goodness, it will definitely not be my last. The wings were also Amazing. The service was impeccable and the restaurant was so clean and inviting. We need more restaurants like this in Orlando and we will be adding this to the top of our list. The GOAT of cheesesteaks....awesome meal, thank you.

I have never been to a chain restaurant and received the best customer service I've ever had. Antonio the manager at Charley's should absolutely get promoted to district manager.
