Tameka worked very hard for us. We ran into many snags in our journey, none caused by her. She handled each problem with grace and followed through to the very end. In the end our house sold for what we had hoped and we were very glad to have her help us through it all.

Stay away from this company at all costs. I fell victim non-disclosure of a latent construction defect, and am now subject to a huge special assessment ! Further the agent profits by luring unsuspecting victims by misleading deceptive marketing practices. The firms "boss" managing broker Monica Osorio allows all of this to continue even after being provided all of the facts and evidence for nearly 3 years. Monica clearly has way too many agents she is required to provide supervisory oversight to and has left me and others victims open to financial losses that never should have happened! Monica has provided a shield instead of investigation and enforcement against the agent. Her complacency makes her just as guilty as the false websites, titles, misleading statements all continue today. Gee, coming off of a hot RE market, a firm and agent must be pretty bad if they have to commit alleged fraud to make ends meet! GO ELSEWHERE. Orlando has so many wonderful small real estate brokerages that are ethical and care for their clients - just as CRR says- but we know that actions speak louder than words.

The experience my family had with their agent Elizabeth Dowuona was one of the most unprofessional business experiences any of us had ever had. We even wrote a letter of complaint which no one even bothered to acknowledge (other than the administrative assistant) let alone respond to the allegations. This is not the home buying/selling team you want if you want professionalism or care and appreciation for your business. BEWARE!

Issue with realtor on new build home. Closing next week and realtor denied me a final walk through and that builder had 30 days to fix issues with a mess up driveway that scrapes the bottom of my car, holes in the ceiling, loose wires in walls..complained to her boss who did not even have the decency to call me back. Save yourself the trouble. Buy a hone through someone else!

There is a realtor that works for this company that hired my lawn business to mow the lawn of a vacant property for months and never paid the bill directing us to instead chase down the owner of the vacant home for payment- someone who we had never met or had any way to contact with the home was vacant. As the realtor and acting as an agent of her own business, she was the one that hired us and she should have had the burden to pay us and then get reimbursed by the owner of the vacant property. This shows a lack of integrity. We still have not received payment and are owed several hundred dollars. This real estate company should step in if their realtors are being unethical, as she has been, to correct the issue. I would not recommend this company as a result of their association with such a person representing their company and inability to correct the issue.

I am an agent with Charles Rutenberg Realty. I could not be more happy. Monica the broker is kind, professional and knows the business well. I don't see myself leaving here anytime soon! By far one the best brokers to hang your license with.
