They close early, I arrived 5 minutes before 7pm and they had the doors closed! It bothers me to arrive at a store and this happens!

Walked in around 11:00am today to pick up the shoes that I purchased(pick up time from the app), and the cashier told me I need to coming back to the store another day because the shoes are delayed in a VERY poor manner with an eye roll when I asked for reason. Store PM- if you’re reading this, your employee needs to be trained with proper attitude when talk to a customer. I was rushing home so I didn’t check this employees name, the shortest cashier at this store, chubby Latino female. Other employees are very nice.

As soon as my family and I walked into Champs we were pleasantly greeted by an associate by the name of Ashley. Ashley was super nice and helped us throughout our purchases. Ashley was also knowledgeable about the items we choose making our shopping experience more than 5 stars. Thank you so much for making our day extra special Ashley!

I was school shopping for my son and he left all the clothes and shoes we bought about $600 worth of stuff while he was looking for a hat he didn’t realize until we go home about 40 mins after only to drive back and luckily the attentive staff at champs noticed the bag was accidentally left behind and had it behind the counter. Thank you ?
