I’ve rented from these people and they are there to take your money when you first rent from them but if you need to contact them it’s impossible. Now they have started adding an insurance fee which is silly. Everytime I’ve come to my unit there has been people that basically live out of their unit and hang out all day. To each their own but it’s extremely uncomfortable moving things in and out when you are being watched. This should be a last resort and even then it isn’t worth it.

Central Park Storage6135 S Orange Blossom Tr.Orlando, FL 32809I had rented a unit for a year on a month to month basis. Management took it upon themselves to adde insurance to the rental. They stated I must show proof of insurance. I emailed them proof of insurance and spoke to management who stated they received the proof of insurance. He told me he would be returning the unauthorized charge to my credit card. After several attempts to get money returned with negative results I chose to remove my vehicle from storage on 12/31/2022 the final day before a new storage fee will be charged. I spoke to a lady who stated she cleared me out of the system and there will be no further charges. Today 1/1/2023 I was charged a higher rate than my previous contract and billed to my credit card account. I now have to take alternative measures to get not only the unauthorized insurance fee but the unauthorized unit rental fee. They charged me for January 2023 and my property was moved out on 12/31/2022 the end of my month to month contract. Do NOT give these people your credit card info! If you have to use them make payments on-line yourself or have a customer attorney at the ready. Very unprofessional management and staff, BEWARE!

I had an unfortunate experience with this location, I would not recommend. The office staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Also seems there are people living there, it's gross.

This place has promised to not cgarge late fees due to Covid 19 however has not only charged me but locked me out. Don't do business with these ppl. Word of advice. Crooks

website says office hours are 6oo am to 1000pm , NOT i have called 10 times from 600am to 700am and everytime someone answers and doesnt speak also tried to email them no response , they speak about how good there customer service is ...it is not good at all
