In this case I go to this company and give them the worst of the reviews since a couple of months ago I went to these people to fix my car, a slight accident in the front, they told me they had a preliminary estimate for $ 10k, I accepted the preliminary because the estimates around were very close to this and as I thought they were professionals, I agreed, after disassembling them they noticed other damages that were to be expected, but as the days went by from $ 10k the estimate increased to 24k something absurd, almost the price of the car, because seeing that they wanted to scam my insurance I decided to get the car out of there and take it to another place which made an estimate of $ 9,800, in the end we ended up paying $ 10,080.00 plus tax something in accordance with the damage the car had, here I leave photos so you can see that it cost them 24 thousand dollars, not only that they also charged me $ 1,200.00 for They took the car apart and when they sent the tow truck to get the car, they sent only parts and the parts they sent were from another car. At this point, I think they are not professional at all. They are just trying to scam the insurance company so they can benefit and earn 5 times what a repair is worth. I do not recommend this site at all. They are scammers.

If I can do a 10 star I would!! The employees are very kind, very respectful, and very very friendly!! The atomosphere at this awesome establishment feels like home away from home!!! While driving my vehicle interstate an accident occured in front of me, to avoid the collision I went onto the median which caused some damage to my brand new vehicle ! I called Central Florida Paint & Body and spoke with Chris. When I explained what had happened and that I needed my car repaired as soon as possible. Not only was Chris more than accomodating but he went out of his way with his schedule to accomodate mine to get my vehicle repaired and back to looking as if nothing had ever occurred!! When searching for a reputable auto body repair shop you couldn't find or ask for a Better place than Central Florida Paint & Body!!!!!

Central Florida Paint and Body surpassed my expectations. I have a 2021 Ram 1500 and I was looking to have a custom fiberglass TRX style hood painted and installed. I initially had several paint shops ignore me or turn me away, and several other shops that were rude and obviously didn’t want to be bothered with my request.
My experience with CFPAB was the complete opposite. The staff was extremely friendly and welcomed me right in to their shop. When I dropped the vehicle and hood off for paint, I was greeted by the Repair Planning Manager, Chris Murray. Chris and his team spent nearly an hour talking with me and going over all the options available regarding the job. They were meticulous with every little detail to ensure they delivered a product that matched exactly what I was looking for.
They had my truck in and out of their shop within 6 business days, and the final result looks absolutely flawless. This shop does an excellent job at keeping the customer informed. I received text messages daily informing me what step of the process my vehicle was in, and a general update of how things were going. Not only did they paint and install my hood, they detailed my entire truck including both the interior and exterior which was a nice final touch that I wasn’t anticipating at all.
The shop was clean, the staff is friendly, and they are clearly experts in their field. CFPAB also holds numerous manufacturer specific certifications, and that honestly offered additional peace of mind while I left my vehicle in their hands. CFPAB offers a very generous warranty and guarantee on their paint and bodywork, and that is something that I didn’t see offered at some of their competitors.
I had an amazing experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!

Very professional and helpful, they do an awesome job from the front desk to the shop personnel and managers.. stay in communication with you and they won't let you down.. they use official parts and not cheap after market parts.. love this place hope I don't have any more wrecks but if I do I'll be back #SALUTE

Unfortunately i had 2 accidents back to back, they handled both of my accidents smoothly. I found them because they were recommended by my insurance company and they were also an authorized Tesla body shop. The process took a little longer than expected but both times the car came back looking brand new. Hopefully I never have to us them again but if I needed my car fixed again this is the first place that I would call.

Great experience while dealing with what became a total loss of my Tesla. Eddy, Chris, and Nader were very helpful, walking me through the process and providing timely information and coordination with the insurance company appraiser. Much appreciated!

Central Florida Auto eas absolutely terrific. From the moment I walked in and met Eddie I knew I was in the right hands.He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was given all the information that I needed and decided to utilize them to handle my truck repairs. Eddie along with Jeilene kept me informed throughout the process. They even sent the pictures of the damage to the insurance company and coordinated the the repair of my truck. (One less thing for me to worry about). I asked them to remove my automatic bed cover from the truck once insurance totalled the truck. They not only did they do that, but I forgot about my carpet in the bed and they were thoughtful enough to remove the carpet as well. I need both as I am planning on get the same truck next week and the used cover and carpet will save me lots of money. They are even storing the items at no charge. What great unexpected.service. I will certainly have Central Florida Auto Body install these items for.me. I highly recommend this professional organization. And thank you to both Eddie and Jeilene. Glenn A.

Have a 2016 Tesla X that was rear ended. Parts were difficult to find and CFPAB went the extra mile to get the parts.

Went in for a quote after a small accident and within a few minutes I was back on the road looking just like it was before. Ian and Eddie were honest and efficient, saving me tons of time and money. Will be back for any future work!

2023 Model Y... I had a Phantom Driver Gash my Driver Door, and it didn't look too bad, but after a deeper look it needed more work than just a scuff & paint. I felt This Company Offered Excellent Service , and Quick Response! The Office Staff, and Procedure was very transparent and straightforward! They stepped up to make this semi-minor repair ((but needed to be done to keep the car like new)) was handled in a Professional Manner, and I will be Giving Them an ALL 5 Star Review... I'm Glad I Found Them, and it was well worth the driver to have the Car Repaired in a Professional Manner!!
