i love how close this pawn shop is to my house! Every time i walk through the door i'm greeted right away and helped. They gave me a fair price on a monitor i was trying to get rid of and really made sure my needs where met the best they could jordan and lorenzo are awesome :)

I have been giving them my business for years because they were close to where I lived but over a month ago I brought in 2 laptops that I had they were the MSI brand and I got a loan two weeks later I brought in my two high end laptops one was mine which was a 2022 asus Republic of gamers scar 17.3 inch it had 32 gb of ram 2 terabyte hard drive and had a 12th gen i9 and I brought my son’s laptop in a 2019 Asus Republic of Gamers strix 17 inch I told them that they could sell the msi laptops but without doing there do diligence they sold both of my asus republic of gamers instead they told me to give them two weeks and I did they replaced my sons rog strix they said they were still looking for an equivalent to what I had for me but there not going to find the same laptop in any pawn shop I found the same laptop on Amazon and on Facebook marketplace and I went in and told them that they can replace mine with the exact same one and it seems like I’m just getting the run around. They sold my property that they weren’t supposed to they broke their contract with me and refused to contact the individual who bought my laptop and tell them that they screwed up I have no choice but to get the police and lawyers involved to get what is rightfully mine back.
