Staff was amazing I feel safe coming here and I been in the service industry for a long time and Brook is one of the best I have encounter very patient treat customer with respect and the way it should be “A true valuable asset to the company”. This place is highly recommended and will certainly coming back again.

Manager at this location has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life, I go to cash America stores across Florida and never experienced a manager with such an anger towards customers. She priced stuff for clearance and said I could only buy it if I bought other broken garbage on a table in the middle of the store and said I need to take a loss too. Someone teach this woman how to talk to people she should not be in charge of managing a store let alone other employees.

Personally I spoke with Enrique and Gmani?These both gentlemen told me everything was good with equipment Both of them posting stuff on (OfferUp app)when I got there from driving 45 minutes equipment was broken please check everything you buy for these people they will show you and try to show you everything even if it’s broken. Try buying a drum set for my son for Christmas and this is what I got

The Manager is very unethical. Found vacuum in store for $130 and as they go back and get the battery/charger, they tell me it now cost $199 because "someone" mismarked it. I walked out and will never return again! Corporate needs to inspect this location.

Doors unlocked, sign on the door said open but was kicked out because they weren’t “open” maybe lock the doors and turn the sign off until your open.

My husband and I visited this location and got the best customer service from the entire staff. We where greeted from the time we stepped in the store staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful we will always bring our business to this location thank you all for making our experience awesome.

I've been going to this location for a while now and this is for sure one of my favorite pawn shops. Very clean and usually stocked with many different quality items at very reasonable pricing. I've gotten so many quality "like new" items from here for great prices (mostly electronics). Maria has always been a pleasure to work with and has always treated my mother and I like family whenever we make a visit. The entire staff is Super friendly in general. I highly recommend checking this location out.
