Pal Campo is a good authentic boricua show off spot (in a good way!), from the outside you can't tell what your really going into and once you enter into the restaurant your in for a treat. As said, it instantly makes you feel like you have just been transported to lil PR, from the decor, to the music, to the dressed up staff, and of course to the reason you came - the food! It all does an incredible job of mimicking those "isla" vibes and playing to its culture roots. I believe it's worth the hype it gets and yes the wait time for food may be a lil over kill, but you can't deny the taste, flavor, and freshness to most of their dishes. I ordered the beef alcapurria first (just YUM). My mom got the charrasco and gave me a bite - so flavorful. This time around I got the red snapper fillet in garlic sauce. Tbh, it was alright - the skin at the bottom was still on, which turned me off a bit- as it was slimy or undercooked - that part gave off an icky fish taste. My sis got the chicken stuffed green plantains and I got to try too, no complaints, they get down on the plantains. For that reason, I would love to come by to try their mofongo next. They have so many options though it's painfully hard to choose for fear of missing out! So to my last point, fear of missing out, is all I feel when I hear of Pal Campo!

Great food and atmosphere. Love all birthday celebrations! Decorations really showcase a bit of San Juan.

Friday night dinner with friends brought us to this place. Very lively. Live music in and outside the establishment. Very family friendly and not touristy. Service was amazing. Our waiter was very helpful with drinks and menu selections. Had a margarita with a coronita, chicken empanada and a seafood salad. Everything was delicious. Drink was perfect! Will definitely return to try more items in the menu.

A heavenly visit of Old San Juan here in Florida! As you walk in, the ambiance reminds me of my visit to Puerto Ruco and Old San Juan, from music to decor to authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, Juan, our server was hospitable, friendly and made me feel like I was visiting relatives for a bite to eat. I had the mofongo and Churrasco (skirt steak) - requested medium rare and cooked to perfection. The flavors of the steak was absolutely delicious!

TRATO HORRIBLE.

Good was alright. We went back in January 2024 and was disappointed compared to when we went in June 2021. The food lacked flavor this time around especially for the price. Customer service was decent but the lady who takes pictures was slightly annoying. We went to enjoy our food not for a photo op.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to try this restaurant. It was my first time there. The food was good. I ordered a strawberry margarita, sweet plantains, and stuffed chicken with sweet plantains and guava sauce. It was good just a bit sweet for me. The service could have been way better. The waitress got caught up with another party and forgot about my table. So there was a major delay on receiving to-go boxes and the check. The atmosphere was beautiful. There is a lovely shooting starlight and a tropical tree as well. It's very exotic and would be great for a date night. That's all.

We encountered horrible service from the outset; our server, Maryangel, appeared rushed. She consistently urged us to order an appetizer, citing potential delays in food preparation. Despite expressing our preference against it multiple times, the insistence created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Nevertheless, the quality of the food was commendable. Regrettably, the overall experience led to the loss of a customer.

The food smells so good I couldn't take a picture and just wanted to dig in. The tostones in garlic sauce is amazing! The chicken lo mein was good, could have a little more flavor, but the rice and chicken were superb. Absolutely going again
