Donavon Smith (Account Executive) provided excellent customer service during my process to purchase new conference room seating for agency executives. He was very conscientious of my concerns and considered them when recommending the styles/types of chairs. additionally, Donavon was proactive in his communications with me during the shipping process to ensure the chairs were delivered to our preferred location on time.

Bri was wonderful!!!I had a problem with trying to get a cylinder off the base of my chair, and she did her best to contact me with warehouse guys to get that fixed on the spot. I was trying to get that off with a hammer for days, and she helped me with the problem in just a couple of minutes.Props Tony and his coworkers that were there today also, I couldn’t have been helped without everyone’s help.Bri went out of her way to advocate for me as a customer, and I have nothing but respect for that.

They make the exasperating process of acquiring office furniture so easy! If you need anything at all - I recommend working with Donavon. He has been my go-to for years now anytime our office needs the slightest thing. Always professional, always speedy with responses and help as we are typically needing things as soon as possible when they come up. The delivery and installation team is above par as well. They will have our business every time!

Our office needed to replace a missing desk key for a desk that was purchased here 3 years ago. From the minute, I walked into there office Bri was incredibly helpful. She went the extra mile to immediately help me to sew if a new key was available in there showroom and warehouse. When it was learned that that spare key wasn't in stock, Bri handed me off to Deitrich. He immediately helped me place an order for a key to be sent from the manufacturer. It us being delivered to our office.Fantastic service for such a small item needed for a purchase 3 years ago.

Their staff is well versed in all my necessary needs to supply my office staff with the essential work station, ergonomic desks and chairs , and the necessary monitor stations.
