Camden Thornton Park is truly a hidden gem in Downtown Orlando. The apartments are clean, modern, and solidly built. The location is great, you’re just two blocks from Lake Eola and only a block away from Publix and entertainment. The community also supports local small businesses with the 1st floor retail spaces. My favorites are Bynx, The Greenery Creamery, and The Escobar Kitchen.
The recent renovations of the pool and courtyard were definitely worth the wait, transforming the space into an elevated and inviting area. The management team really go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive living experience and are always available.

Love Camden Thornton park. The leasing agents are top quality and the amenities are top notch! The staff is amazing, the residents are respectful and kind.

I do not recommend living here at all. Resigned my lease to find out that the entire pool deck would be getting redone for more than 9 months of my term. They gave us a one time payment for the inconvenience but it was not even close to worth the constant construction noise some days from 8am to 5pm. Great when you work from home! Fire alarms go off constantly and elevators seem to never work when you need them. Some decent staff but other management just make each situation worse.
I ended up moving out 2.5 months early and they would not work with me at all. Sank an additional $5k into an empty apartment and now they’re charging a $150 cleaning fee. Wishing I kept my $5k and ran.

Fire alarms going off for years, not to mention elevators are out most of the time. Paid a $100 amenity fee to not have a pool for more than a year and still don't. Not to mention the construction noise for months, when the construction was in the beginning phases. You will rarely have staff onsite as they are always at camden lake eola. Lastly, my move out date was the 20th, somehow my access to Chirp and my portal was taken away on the 10th.. when brought up to management they acted clueless as to why that would happen. The leasing consultants (Andy, and Andres) and the concierge, (James and Sam) are amazing however!! I usually don't leave bad reviews but for the price you pay here please save your money and go elsewhere. Listen to the reviews you see.

Thank goodness we moved from these apartments!!!!!!! Nothing has changed, alarms, garage, feces, etc. Now the construction issue.
UPDATE: The administration said they are taking “the necessary steps” to aid in the fire alarm situation. I invite you to read the latest resident reviews.

I currently live at Camden Thornton park and it is a nightmare to live at. Between the fire alarms that go off for no reason and the construction on the pool- the management has no consideration for current residents safety or comfort. Pee always in the elevator and management has done nothing to punish or have clean up stations. I discourage anyone to sign a lease here. Lisa as management has done nothing to ease concerns of current residents. Other than that the staff is nice!

This is the most terrible place! if you want deaf owners to tenants if you want to live on a construction site with unbearable noise from 7 am to 5 pm! welcome to condem I’m really shocked by the administration’s attitude towards the residents; we were not warned in advance that we would be living on a construction site with a jackhammer for 3 months already! If you want to live next door to a jackhammer, welcome to Comden! You Lisa, when they got me through the move, they claimed that the noisy work would be no more than 2 weeks, I honestly endured 6 weeks and only decided to write because this is the limit of my strength, I don’t have the strength to live on a construction site, and you should understand this when you promised 6 weeks ago that the noise would be no more than two weeks! I have a child, you know this, come tomorrow at lunchtime and we’ll put him to bed together for an afternoon nap!

Amazing experience with the service!! Angel and Gabriel recently came to check my washer wish its was making a hard noise and they just replace it and bring me a new one and put it on work the same day!!! Amazing and great service!!

Update: DO NOT LIVE HERE!! There is constant construction going on and the insanely loud noises start as early as 7am, weekends included. I've lived many many places and not a single one has been as neglegent and straight up disrespectful to their residents as Camden has. I really can't emphasize how much I would recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment.
Do not live here. Building and amenities are fine but fire alarms go off constantly and management is not responsive to the building wide problems
Edit from months later: fire alarms are still going off and Camden still doesn't care. Literally cannot wait to move out. Would give zero stars if I could.
