I've been living here for over 14 years now and never had a problem that was not resolved rapidly. Normally, technician Javier is in charge of my building and he always resolves issues very efficiently and in a very friendly way.

Living here for a year now . So disappointed that this is a greedy Company . This Complex is old and lately it’s not very well maintained. You see trash around the pond , garbage can in front of apartments at time they are not supposed to. Lee Vista gate it’s continuously broken . They charge you double for parking if you pay a reserved you also pay for regular even if you don’t use it . Bark park it’s in poor conditions . They charge you $150 for cleaning when you move out even if you clean . Late fee is something they don’t work with you even if you explain to them the situation you are going through.

Javier thank you for taking care of the maintenance needs!!! You are always professional and courteous! Knowledgable and can fix anything pefectly to were i dont have to call again for the same thing. I hope Camden Lago Vista takes care of you the way you take care of the residents ! Daniel maintenance thank you for working so hard at our grounds you truly make the difference in the overall look and feel of this complex. I love living here because this maintenance team are the real MVPs including Miguel who leads them and just takes care of things the way the are supposed to be taken care of without fail. The apartments when you move in are made ready like new and i honestly can say i love living here because of the way this maintenance staff rocks!!! Camden you are lucky to have these guys and i hope you take care of them for making my experience here worth every penny i pay

I’ve lived here for 1 year and I can say it’s the best place I’ve lived so far. Maintenance always responds to issues immediately, the community is well kept and safe, and the staff are just all around wonderful. Ellie in the front office is the absolute best to work with!! The only complaint I could have is that theres not enough parking. It’s really rare to find a place where the staff are not only nice but also willing to work with you. Everyone always goes above and beyond! Love living here!

Please consider this review when deciding to make Camden Lago Vista your next home. We had a wonderful onboarding experience with Michelle C. when we toured and finally made the decision to sign a 14 month lease. She was incredibly down to earth and we did not feel pressured into jumping into anything we weren’t ready for. That being said, we feel that we were let down by a few factors in our stay here.
Parking is incredibly limited near the Bent Pine entrance and it has been a mission to find any available spots after 11pm which is unfortunate since my partner has a late shift at work. I have maybe seen 2 tow trucks in all 14 months of our lease term and doesn’t seem that they continuously enforce parking decals only. You can pay extra for a reserved spot near your building if it’s available but paying $10 to pay for a regular spot for each vehicle registered I would have expected just an easier time.
It’s also incredibly important to report back that we have been having a miserable time with the AC in our unit. As I’m writing this review- our thermostat is reading the apartment temp to be 80 degrees. If you are thinking of moving into a Sapphire 3bd/2ba unit PLEASE PLEASE keep in mind that the master bedroom although absolutely spacious it is the HOTTEST room in the apartment. We have put in a total of 3 maintenance orders just for the AC and each time there has been little to no improvement. We have given up on placing work orders.The maintenance member that we found really helpful at first would complain & tell us that the previous tenant in our unit was an older lady who had them constantly fix the AC. I now understand why. I understand all of Florida is extremely hot but for our apartment to having an internal temperature of 80 degrees at 12am/1am is unacceptable. Our electric bill these last two months have been almost close to $400.
We’ve had raccoons go through our trash on about 10 occasions and make a compete mess in the hallways. It’s infuriating but I understand that our complex is next to a protected reserve and there is little the office can do to prevent them from getting in the trash.
Overall we have had respectful neighbors and wish that these factors would be looked into to make someone else’s experience 5 stars.

Would give it zero stars if i could, some of the worst neighbors I've ever experienced living in an apartment constant loud music, trash left in walk ways etc...lately even trying to get a hold of someone at the leasing offices requires a wait of 30 minute just gave up even trying to call at this point. Dont expect to be able to enjoy the pool or gym, kids are left unsupervised at the pool and cause ciaos and people often take over the gym thinking its there own. Expect to see racoons roaming the property all times of the day and night and my building also had termites. Pedestrian gates constantly are broken or stuck closed so u can't get in and out of areas of the complex at times which is a safety concern. The staff is friendly and helpful and is the only bright spot about living here.

I've gone back and forth between living at Camden Lago Vista and Camden Lee Vista since 2018, working my way up from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, and now a 3 bedroom, due to my growing family. Generally, I believed the properties had been well maintained and managed up until this point. I'm writing this review to provide my insight on their response to an issue with mold I'm having in my current apartment. I first notified them about the mold in January this year and all they have done so far is send maintenence out a few times to clean the areas, after which it returned each time, and have an outside vendor come out to tell me that the room has a tendency to have high humidity, and this will continue to happen. They have done nothing to accept responsibility or treat the root of the cause of the issue, which seems to perhaps be linked to the construction of these apartments, as we were told that is what can happen with the corner apartments. I have a small child and the issue is affecting my health. We can't keep up with the cleaning the mold that is covering all of our things and haven't been able to use that bedroom. We haven't been offered anything to compensate for the losses or not being able to use 1/3 of the aparment, other than a $100 credit and offer to move to a new apartment and sign a new 14 month lease. Be wary of living here. Camden doesn't respect their residents or care about their well-being. They are attempting to take advantage of the fact that I am easy going and patient, and it would have been more convenient for me time wise and financially to remain in this apartment, but I now have had to seek legal representation to pursue all of my options. Finally, after 2 months of complaining to Camden, they scheduled a professional cleaning. We are not hopeful that this will resolve the issue, but we are going through the motions, so we have evidence that we tried everything we could and followed the laws on these issues. The bottom line is, customer service here is TERRIBLE when you have an actual issue and they will disclaim responsibility for everything, even though it's clear from other reviews I've seen online that mold is an issue here. I get they have a company to defend, but this is nasty and unsafe, especially for my baby. Attached a few of the many pics. Happy apartment hunting!

Lived at these apartment for 3 years now. Rent is moderate for the area. Parking can sometimes be a pain, but mostly its fine. The staff is really great. What I like the most about this complex is the scenery. The grounds are well maintained and clean. There's always dogs out and good walking trails. Its well lit. Maintenance staff is responsive and courteous always. I've enjoyed living here.
