I do not understand why I am having such a hard time getting my refund back from this company. I have been over there multiple times checking on the status of my applications still have not heard whether I was denied or approve and I applied back in February. They do not answer the phone at the front office, they do not respond back to emails. They do not even respond back to anything and they always say call the front office and nobody ever answers. If I were you, I would run away from this complex and do not apply!!! Very unprofessional, and they will be hearing from my lawyer soon.

The six months have been living here none of the pools have been open or even clean. They say they have 24 hour laundry rooms which is a lie. Only 1 laundry of the 5 is actually ever opened but from 8am-4pm and only 2 washers work. All of the other laundry rooms have remained closed for months.

Takes forever for maintenance to come fix something, leasing office is always closed when they are open their no help at all an maintenance be lying on ticket saying they fixed something but never camped to your apartment

almost 10 years and they have the same problem, I do not understand how some owner of the community does not take action on the matter, running the risk of a lawsuit or something similar due to the super hygienic state of the community. This usually happens when the administration is for a salary and not for commitment, what happens with the inspections with the follow-up of different managers to work and solve this? If I were the general manager of the community or a member of his team, my face would fall with shame.

We reset the breaker and got the a/c working. The dishwasher needed plugged in, so we did that. The maintenance guy got the hot water working, now if we could just get the mailbox key.

I put in a request for pest control in the middle of the night , the next morning yall send an email saying it was resolved and how did yall do . I work from home and no one came to do a treatment

If I could give -0 stars I would. Where do I start. From being roach and rat infested to the murders and breaking and entering of the vehicles parked here. I have complained for approximately 1yr. to serveral different managers with no help nor resolve (because they can't seem to keep staff). The only maintenance Manger that was decent, was fired.Since then the property has gone down worse than before. I caught 14 rats in 2 days. And was told by current manager there was nothing that can be done. However the rent is raised 12% every renewal. When I told the manager that I was leaving, I was told I had to give a 2 month notice. I have put in a complaint with orange county codes offices as well as sought out an attorney. I also had black mole in my apartment. They claimed to have called in Stanley steamer to fix it. However the mold is already growing back. Since I was not allowed to stay while the work was being done, I have no clue if it was truly was done.

Lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. Application process is the worst I’ve experienced just because of their lack of communication. Put in application almost a month ago move in date was set to the 15th of this month. Only received 1 email requesting more documents and stating that I had 24hrs to do so. and as the application portal doesn’t allow for more documents to be inputted, I asked where I can submit documents. Never got a response back. I ended sending the docs to the original email that reached out and sent numerous follow up emails. No one responded back. I’ve made numerous calls and no one has made any effort to get back to me. I check the portal and it says call office. It is hard for me to find a way over to the office so I try to do everything via email and phone but no one has been responsive. My expected move in date has come and gone and still NOTHING

I should have known by the area I was in that I would not have great customer service. The red head Spanish lady was extremely rude I came in for my tour appointment which was scheduled for 3pm. She continues to talk to guess at her desk and did not acknowledge me. When she did she told me she's not sure why I had a tour that day she is busy and don't know when she will have time I was so disappointed in her unprofessionalism. She could have apologized for the inconvenience and ask if I wanted to wait but I dodge a bullet. Do better

So disgusting by far! My sister lives here and only been here 3 months, 2 evictions notice over 9 cents. The laundry room are always closed. On top of that the buildings are painted ugly. She even waited 3 months for a mailbox key. My mom also lived here and her apartment was roach infested! So much furniture gone in the garbage. Unbelievable place to live. I wouldn’t even put a homeless man to live here! Matter fact…I’m trynna save the roaches because they innocent too! Free the rats!
