Fast and friendly and the work was done right. I came in with an intermittent engine overheating and A/C issue others had trouble diagnosing. C&G got to the cause and got me in the road again quickly.

Awesome, awesome shop. I've had a few major, major repairs recently--Volkswagen engines are notorious for failing early--and the staff here have taken such good care of it every time. Incredibly communicative and quick to get things done while still doing it right.

Don't be fooled by the good customer service. Customer service was amazing, they offered me a loaner, sent me a lyft to pick up my car after the work was done, and overall were super pleasant people to talk to. Took it in for a break change and to see why i was having issues starting my car lately. They offered to do a full inspection for free. They came back with a list of problems(nothing electrical), which was expected bc the car is super old. They told me the battery was good, starter was good, alternator was good. Ended up paying $800 for a wheel bearing change on top of the brake change and oil change. Brakes are still squeaking and not braking well and i ended up paying to get a new valve cover gasket and spark plugs thinking that maybe oil was leaking on the old spark plugs since they told me the gasket was bad. Turns out the battery was just bad. Not even confident they actually changed the wheel bearing or did the oil change at this point.

My car wouldn't start and the check engine light was on so I brought it here because I hate dealing with the dealership. Was quoted $1800 for a Main battery and Auxiliary battery replacement. I've replaced my main battery before for $250, so I have no idea why it would cost this much. They wouldn't break down the costs for me and just said the reason for the high price was because they had to "reprogram" the system after replacing the batteries.
Called the Infiniti dealership for prices and was given battery costs of $370 for the main battery and $270 for the auxiliary battery. Labor at $250/hr, estimated 1.5hrs to complete so $375 for labor. Took it there, final price was $995.48.
Yall are supposed to be cheaper than the dealerships, where did the extra $800 come from? Bro is making me pay his car payment for the month. I gave them an extra star because they ran diagnostics for free, granted it probably took them a whole 10 minutes to plug in an OBD scanner.
Do what you will with this information. Stay skeptical.

Used to take my vehicle to tuffys or Firestone, but after Firestone destroyed my Pontiac in a road test. I've quit going to both and c & g auto is my new mechanic.

I actually had an issue with my car that they were not able to fix (body issue that i need to bring to a body shop) but Caitlin was so nice and they sent me a video telling me what was wrong and looked at the car SO QUICK! I dropped it off at 11am and they were able to take a look and get back to me in 2 hours. They were so nice and I would definitely come back for any car issues in the future simply because of their customer service and quality of service. Thank you again!

This place has taken care of me and earned my business. I have a 10 year old minivan and every time something goes wrong with it I'm scared this is the time it doesn't come back out of the shop, but C&G took care of me twice in a row and did good work!
