I absolutely love this location. When I came in it was just Mara working at that time, and she was able to manage multiple customers and their babies at once, including myself, while giving all of us a magical experience. Ainsley was also extremely polite and helpful. Both of them have incredible customer service, and are a great asset to this location! I love my Poppy and all of the trolls merch! Thank you ladies <3

I love build a bear. It is fun for all ages. They have different kinds of animals to make your oun besides bears. They even do birthday parties.

Took my daughter here for her 9th birthday recently wonderful staff very friendly and helpful answered any and all questions that I had more importantly they made sure that my daughter had a great time for her birthday definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend

I took my son to this location for his first visit. The employees were amazing. Every single of one of them was so kind and caring to my son helping him with the whole process. It was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and they were all killing it! We will definitely be back here.

Went up there to get a mimikyui and the lady who helped and stuffed him was super sweet (I’m so sorry i don’t remember your name) she was black with curly hair an absolute sweetheart!

We booked my daughters birthday at store 0533 in Waterford Lakes (Orlando, FL). I spoke with Ainsley on the phone and she helped me pick the best party package for my group. When we arrived she was there waiting for us even though she wasn't supposed to come in to work that early! Ainsley has great energy and was an expert at guiding the kids to the items included in the package. Our experience was amazing! I had never been to a build-a-bear but it was definitely better than expected. The birthday girl had the best time and has been carrying around the cat she made constantly. Thank you so much for the amazing birthday party! Thank you especially to Ainsley. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I took my 5 year old here for her birthday and they made it a magical experience for her. I highly recommend it for kids of all ages. The employees went above and beyond to make her feel special on her birthday. There is a birthday bear that's a dollar for each year of the child's age. You do pay for the accessories, but it's well worth it for the excitement the kids get.

Such a fun experience! Arianna was extremely helpful and friendly! She helped me find the best plush, outfit, and even helped me affix a hula skirt to my Sprigatito (not an easy task!). Thanks for making my day!

Ainsley and Emily were super sweet, patient, and accommodating with the larger group I brought in. Ainsley, the manager, interacted with all of the kids and engaged with them at their individual levels. Will definitely be back to this location!

I've visited several times to stuff some bears and also to get new clothes since they have a nice variety in stock. Sam and Delaine (sorry if I'm misspelling her name) have helped me, and they are AMAZING! Great customer service, super helpful, fun and kind. I'll totally keep coming back to this location!

I came to this build a bear with a couple of friends and the staff was super sweet and welcoming! Nadia stuffed our bears and she made our experience so wonderful and fun :) We’re excited to come back again soon!
