Went yesterday for my granddaughter’s 4th birthday. It was fun, staff was friendly and helpful. The bears were adorable!!! Even got one for her brother. Great experience all the way around. They got 3 stars because there are no bathrooms for customers. What kind of store caters to children and doesn’t provide bathrooms?

I absolutely love this location. When I came in it was just Mara working at that time, and she was able to manage multiple customers and their babies at once, including myself, while giving all of us a magical experience. Ainsley was also extremely polite and helpful. Both of them have incredible customer service, and are a great asset to this location! I love my Poppy and all of the trolls merch! Thank you ladies <3

I love build a bear. It is fun for all ages. They have different kinds of animals to make your oun besides bears. They even do birthday parties.

Took my daughter here for her 9th birthday recently wonderful staff very friendly and helpful answered any and all questions that I had more importantly they made sure that my daughter had a great time for her birthday definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend

I took my son to this location for his first visit. The employees were amazing. Every single of one of them was so kind and caring to my son helping him with the whole process. It was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and they were all killing it! We will definitely be back here.

Went up there to get a mimikyui and the lady who helped and stuffed him was super sweet (I’m so sorry i don’t remember your name) she was black with curly hair an absolute sweetheart!
