I went to Build a bear for the very first time and was greeted by the manager Heaven. She was absolutely amazing! I was needing a very special bear to give to someone and Heaven walked me through all the steps. She was very patient with me as I had a recording which took a few times to get right. If you ever stop at build a bear make sure to ask for Heaven she has the best customer service and because of her I will DEF BE BACK!

It was my child’s first time at Build-A-Bear as I really wanted him to have the same magical experience I had when I was a kid (showing my age here) but I was kind of nervous going in given its location near the tourist area and the many years since I’ve visited especially in a post-pandemic world. To my surprise everyone was great and we felt very paid attention to! Heaven is the one who helped us and she genuinely provided an exceptional service, so much so that I had to come here and write a review ASAP. Her patience, attention to detail, and engaging personality not only helped in crafting the perfect bear but also in creating a lasting memory for my child. Heaven’s dedication to delighting children was evident, making our visit truly special and ensuring our return. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thanks so much!

This was such a great experience start to finish. Went in for my son's first Count the Candles bear and the staff was so helpful and polite! Facility was super clean and tidy which I wasn’t expecting from a kids store. We had a blast, definitely recommend!

Visited on 3/20/24 at approximately 5pm. Both my kids and myself purchased a “bear” and an article of clothing. There was only 1 guy working and he was really rude to all 3 of us. After spending about $195, when he wen to stuff my walrus, he didn’t ask about “soft/medium/firm preference” so I just told him I prefer firm. He responded confused and saying “oh, it just depends on the bear and the material”. So none of us were given that option. Once done he never said anything, just stood up and walked away. We never received or were even offered a birth certificate, as BAB offers. My kids were so quiet and disappointed by this experience. My son said he loves BAB but never wants to go back to THAT BAB. Such a shame.

My daughter loves this place, but the staff here is awesome Johny* helped us out and made this experience amazing for my daughter. Really recommend this place it does gets very busy but it’s totally one of the best build a Bear i have been to!

My daughter had her 5th birthday today and she has a blast coming in for her first time! Thank you to the staff working there, very friendly helpful and great with my daughter. I wish I could remember the names but it was a man and woman with pink in her hair there today around noon!
