Went There and my boyfriend proposed. Happiest moment we been planning for months. I made a new "friend" there. Exchanged contact info. I celebrate with a dinner and go home. I post the proposal when i get home. The next day i get notifications from my friends who saw the post saying it was fake proposal for a discount. Which is not true. Looking more into it, the new "friend" I met there, Said my proposal was fake and not genuine. Which is not true. They definitely ruined what supposed to be the best day of my life up to that point. Btw the worker was izzy. The worker didnt reach out to resolve it. Ran away from the situation. Horrible workers here. The manager did nothing to make it up to me. Had a horrible first experience at BAB.

I came here with my mom for my birthday, really cool, really sweet! Most of the people there were nice!! Nice first time build a bear experience!!
.. BUT.
My mom had seen a cute small plush, which it was the last one. When we went to buy it with the card we bought, they lied and said we couldn't use it the same day. They then said they would put it on hold for us and we could pay for it online with the gift card, so we said, "Okay!".. we went online, it was not on hold, sold out, and we never ended up getting it. This plush was seasonal, too. :p

Specifically want to give a shout out to Assistant Manager Jess for all their help today. Just super helpful in everything and made our group’s experience phenomenal! I didn’t get her name but the woman that worked there was so amazing and friendly with me and my nieces, she was the loveliest part of the experience. I deducted a star bc build a bear is way too overpriced.

I loved customer service. The staff can't be better! I took my baby to buy her teddy bear from her first birthday and we really enjoyed the entire process. I liked the stuffed animal too, nice and of good quality

I didn't ever do BABW as a kid so going for my girlfriend's 23rd birthday was my first time. It was wonderful. The staff make it a great experience, the whole process feels intimate and convinces us that the bear that we're building is very much alive. They had a good selection of plushes and clothing, and the whole experience is customizable and can be as cheap or all-out as you want depending on what clothing and accessories you buy (scents, sounds, beating heart).

Brought my son here for his 10th bday yesterday. He was upset that he couldn’t put together the bear he wanted but one young lady made him feel so special by giving him a paper crown and a sticker with his name on it. He immediately changed his mood and was ready to put something together.The store is clean and the three or so young ladies working in the store were very nice. One was especially nice as she stuffed the bear. Girl you are high on life cause you were chill lmao.Thank you for helping us out.We didn’t get the birthday treat bear price…maybe because the stuffy was a frog…idk…no one mentioned it to me either but in Chicago they do honor such.Either way it was a good visit. Thanks for our first time experience in BAB.
