WE spend many vacations at WDW in Orlando, we always rented from Buena Vista Scooters, As it became evident we would continue to rent we decided to purchase a used scooter and have it stored there. Best purchase that year. Recently began traveling with another family member, just purchased a 2nd used scooter. I strongly recommend Buena Vista, they are professional, friendly and quick to reply.

I'm a travel advisor with several clients on-site during a hectic November week. Last night I had another stroller rental company not deliver reserved strollers for 2 clients and was told that they could not guarantee an early morning delivery to rectify the situation. I contacted Buena Vista strollers - after business hours and last minute - and they got my client's strollers within an hour. Then, Buena Vista Strollers sent a follow-up email apologizing for the mistake of the other company and sympathizing with their frustration. The email offered a discount for their next booking as well.
Kudos to you, Buena Vista Stroller. I will be funneling my clients to you from this point forward!

This past weekend I was in Orlando for ChosenCon at the Marriott World Center. I attended ChosenCon last year in Dallas, and I ended up being pushed in a wheelchair because my bad knee just gave out. This year I rented one of your scooters. Let me tell you that little scooter was a life saver. It's the best thing since sliced bread! It took a few minutes to learn to maneuver it well, but it was very easy to use and worth every penny. It made the weekend for this seventy-three year old so much more enjoyable because I could go where I wanted to go in that huge hotel without pain.
I just wanted to say thank you for providing this much needed service. The rental was all handled online, and it couldn't have been easier. I would gladly recommend your company at anytime.

Outstanding service. Pick up at the bellhop was right on time. We had to change the drop off to a different resort and they did it with no problems. The gentleman even showed up early and grabbed the scooter for me when I was in a hurry. The equipment battery lasted much longer than the times they gave me. Never had to worry about charging in the park. Just left it hooked up at night. Thanks again for being such a great resource for our trip.

Great experience! Scooter lasted all day in the parks on one overnight charge. I also appreciated the various speed options and flexibility of the portable scooter to get through tight spaces.

The scooter I got from Buena Vista met my needs exactly. We were able to load the portable one easily into the SUV(did take 2 bc of the weight). Staff was super friendly and helpful. One thing I wished I had done was rented a cup holder and a back basket. I picked up from the warehouse and received a 10% discount and was easy to get to.

Climaco is an amazing kind person, who helped us air our tires when the speed way's systems were down, and he saw me struggling with my stroller at that air pump! This just shows they have great service to people, and must take care of their product! They are prepared. I will be using Buena Vista Rentals for my future trips and will be suggesting them to friends!

This rental place was very responsive and very friendly. They had my electric scooter at my hotel very fast, even though it was after hours. I was at Universal Studio for my kid birthday and brought my walker. There was no way I would of made each day with a walker. Thank goodness for Buena Vista Rentals.

I recently visited Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. I rented a scooter from this company and it was awesome. They brought the scooter to my resort and I was able to leave it at the resort when I left. They even brought it a little earlier than normal because I told them we were going to the park by a certain time. They were super to work with and I will definitely use them again. Thanks for saving my knee and helping me to keep up with my granddaughter.
