Had a great experience shopping for suits. Employee was attentive and immediately helpful as soon as I walked in. She directed to me to suits that were more fitting to my body type and searched for coats and pants in my sizes. Quality clothes at a good price too!

Super unfriendly sales team. I was asking basic questions. I worked for Brooks Brothers in the past but each and everyone of them lied to my face until I said I worked for them in the past. Then their tones changed and they started to back peddle. Because of this awful experience Brooks Brothers has lost my business.

The last time I visited this store, we were helped by a manager who was extremely kind. I came in last night with my friends and sister close to closing, and instead of letting us know that the store was closing in 30 minutes the employee decided to stand two feet away from me and just stare at me angrily. It was the most aggressive presence I have ever experienced from any employee in any store. I felt so incredibly uncomfortable.He proceeded to do this to my friends as well. I decided not to buy anything solely based on this interaction, but my friend tried on clothes and bought something and they were still incredibly rude throughout the entire transaction.It was my sister's first time in this store and I think that experience guaranteed she will never shop in one of these stores again, the other four of us aren't far behind the sentiment. Based on my prior experience I would have recommended this store to anyone, now I can't.

always have great deals on quality suits. The service & selection is impeccable. Is a must for me everytime I am in town. The guy knows my style and size everytime I walk in.
