Terrible experience and not surprised that they had to file for bankruptcy. Walked in wanting to buy a couple suits for a couple of weddings and work and had no help and no attention placed on greeting me or helping me. When I walked in there was a worker and I said good afternoon and she just blankly looked at me, didn’t open her mouth, frowned and just walked away. I was then in the suit section for 15 to 20 minutes trying to figure out my size and the different styles etc. and still not one employee came to my assistance. They just stayed by the register and talked among themselves. As a former employee I was honestly shocked. I remember that our policy used to be to always greet the customer and to sell. With customer experience and relationship building being the utmost importance. I did all of this in high school while working part time and these grown employees didn’t even bother. Lost my business.

I used to buy suits here that were pretty decent quality and would last a while but I recently bought one and the quality has gone completely downhill. I wouldn't pay $50 for a suit from them. I know it's an outlet and you don't expect the same quality as the real store but still don't waste your money.

Nice size store with good selection of outlet styles. Check store hours before going over. Staff are helpful but not knowledgeable of Brooks brothers Corporate policy regarding coupons or points redemption. Be sure to call Brooks Brothers Corporate The staff here told me the wrong information about expired rewards. I had to call corporate to get it fixed... Worth a look...

I had a great experience at this Brooks Brothers location a few weeks ago. The Assistant Manager Armando provided me with excellent customer service, and provided me with a few solutions to an issue I was having with a larger transaction. He was kind, patient, and extremely helpful!At one point, we had to speak to the store manager who was just as courteous and accommodating! It's a beautiful, well-kept store and I'm grateful for their assistance that day :)This Brooks Brothers location is a must shop stop!
