They had cancelled a previous appointment and rescheduled to another date. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm that it was still scheduled and not cancelled again, and they confirmed it was still active. I went to the Waterford location on Friday at 4pm and it wasn’t even open despite the office hours listed on the door. I called back and (eventually) spoke with someone else on the phone and they said I must have the wrong date written down that I’m supposed to be there (despite me speaking with and confirming the appointment for that day). Very frustrating experience overall.

I went to Bright Now for Orthodontics help to fix a cracked permanent retainer. I had a hard time booking a new appointment at other locations, since I was not an existing patient, but it's been 20+ years since I've had braces (and I do not live in my original clinic's city). They welcomed me with open arms and every staff member I met from beginning to end had incredible bed side manner. I felt so cared for and knew I was in good hands!I HIGHLY recommend!

I went to my regular appointment and after waiting 20 minutes alone at the lobby I was told that they had cancelled my appointment earlier that day but couldn’t reach out to me through the phone. I asked her if sending an email could have been an option because I would have received it and not have to miss a day at work. She said she will if any cancellation happens in the future. I rescheduled right away for another appointment. This second time they cancelled again the same day of my appointment in the morning through an email as we had spoken before. The message said I could reschedule for the next month which is this month. I called today and my new appointment was scheduled for more than a month from now. That’s almost 2 months and a half from my last cancellation in December. AT this point I told her I will have to change dentist to what she understood and said she would gladly send any records to. I arranged an appointment at a new place and the appointment is in a week and a half, they have great reviews and I feel much better already about this. I’m glad I don’t have to wait more than a month for a rescheduling work and I can finally do that cleaning that’s taking forever.

I really like this dentist office but I am very frustrated. This office has very long wait times between scheduling and your appointments which I am willing to wait for but now when they are constantly rescheduled.I had my checkup in October, scheduled my cleaning and a cavity filling in November. I got the cleaning done, but the cavity filling was rescheduled the day of because their AC broke. So we made the appointment for about a month later in December and today I am once again rescheduled because the Dentist is sick. But I have a cavity that is causing me pain that I want to deal with already that has been going on for month and am just waiting again.If I am rescheduled the morning of an appointment again I will be taking my services elsewhere as this is ridiculous. I know doctors get sick but I just need to get my cavity filled and health taken care of and this is extremely unprofessional.

Bright Now Dental, they have a courteous staff. I received excellent service, and I'm glad I found this Dental office at the Alafaya location.

This is my first visit and I look for every detail. The staff in Reception area was very friendly, courteous and very professional. Most especially the X-ray technician was very understanding and very helpful in reducing my gagging reaction. Dentist was very professional.I would recommend this group to friends and family.

This is the worst dental. They’re so unprofessional. I made my schedule 2 months ago. And they keep sending me text to confirm my appointment and i did every time. Today i follow up with the call just to make sure i have a schedule tomorrow. She put me on hold and it takes me 17 minutes to wait 3 minutes of this im listening to music and the rest is the conversation of them with their patients. And when she finally pick up the phone. Telling me to reschedule my appointment. So if I didn’t called to confirm. I will look like a idiot and Stupid when i come the next day. This is how they value their patients. I didn’t believe on their bad reviews before until I experienced myself.

Everyone was great receptionist to the nice Cuban xray/ dentis assistant the new York dentis assistant was great too and my dentist was great not to forget theLast but not least the dentis assistant woh check my Gum for any issues. Although I had to wait forever to be seen (my first time) according to them they were short of stuff due to the virus I was seen over two hours past my appointment hour the employees were polite and knowledgeable about their job.Will go back hopefully next time I don't have to wait that long.

Biggest bunch of incompetent fools you will ever meet. Submitted wrong info to my insurance. It got denied so I went to another place who is smart enough to send the correct X-rays of the right teeth They need to learn English

Absolutely EXCELLENT. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the doctors we've had there fully transparent, explain every step of the processes (and the why behind them) and empathize with the patient. It's unusual to find this level of service nowadays, and we're beyond impressed. Thank you for taking care of my future wife! We appreciate you.

So many upcharges for unnecessary services. They never start your appointment on time. Hygienist I had was great but charged me 260 dollars for a deep cleaning after insurance for a cleaning that was exactly like every other cleaning except they added fluoride, which I did not ask for, topical anesthesia that again I didn't want or need, and an antiseptic that I didn't want or need. Otherwise it was a normal cleaning. For a follow up normal cleaning they wanted to charge 85 dollars after insurance. I've never paid more than a 5 dollar copay on my insurance for same services. This office is trying to rip you off for more money. Avoid.
