WiFi NEVER works. Can’t make a phone call OR use internet in Orlando, FL and hold times average over an hour for support. They are AWFUL!!

These guys are shady. Sent a self install modem to a house we no longer own. Paperwork says we will be billed even if not installed. Why? Some guy trying to get a commission makes something up or Bright House Networks making something up to get a commission? Crooked either way.

Constant issues with service and a terrible automated customer service call tree. They’re the worst.
