Probably the best box lunch store I’ve been to! This location is always well stocked and manages to display an impressive amount of items despite the small space.
The employees are amazing! Super friendly and helpful, in person and over the phone. I always recommend this location when at the Florida Mall!

Walking out of Box Lunch now and my cashier Gen was so lovely. I loved her positive energy and kind infectious, smile! Grabbed an online order and some candy and she was more than helpful. Keep her at all costs or I’ll try and hire her!

Great store but really could do with expanding elsewhere in the mall as it’s nearly a one way system the whole way around the store, if someone’s looking at a particular item you simply cannot get through. The products are great quality and very unique, I just wish they had more sizes available, I understand things sell fast with it being in Orlando and near the parks but surely it should be a priority to replenish their stock? ??♀️

This store often leaves me in complete AWE each time I stop in. As an avid fan of all things Marvel, Sailor Moon & Disney villains they've impressed me yet again! I recently asked the helpful staff how can they POSSIBLY stock such amazing items & not be consumers themselves!! Where else can you even find a LOKI purse or a Lilo&Stitch CrockPot?! My goodness such adorable LoungeFly bags. They have it ALL & I truly applaud them for it!! EXPAND this location for it truly deserves to be. BoxLunch BRAVO!!

Smaller because they’re renting space at Florida Mall but hey the tourists love this location. Toddlers with grandparents to hipsters and all ages in between can find super cute stuff here. Love that they had a Stranger Things backpack and Studio Ghibli clothing. Plus candy and small toys I hadn’t seen elsewhere.

Love this store and their mission. Parody shirts are my favorite and they are stock full. The organization by genre and show make it easy to find what you're looking for. Only thing that would be better is if the store was bigger and had more stuff.

absolutely amazing staff!! they're always so kind and fun to talk with. on my most recent visit, Jen was an incredible help in my struggle to find the little easter Jawa coin purse. They shared my excitement when we found it and just made me smile for the rest of my time at the mall. Can't wait to come back to spend that lunch money!

I normally have a pleasant experience here and I love being a part of the rewards program, but today, an employee left a bad taste in my mouth with her comments. I was looking through some of the disney wallets in the back of the store when your employee with blue floral sleeves, glasses and hair up came up and began organizing card holders. While organizing (mind you,i’m next to her) she says “I don’t understand why people come in here and leave things like this.” And she proceeds to organize. But that wasn’t the worst part. She then sees I’m going through the wallets and I hear her say “Yea, you better not go through those wallets and mess them up.” She then storms off. I was shocked, d*** founded. Maybe she had a bad day, I can understand that. But please be careful on taking things out on your customers. Because now, I don’t feel comfortable shopping here anymore in fear of being ridiculed again. I left and didn’t purchase anything. Otherwise, your other staff were polite, the store was clean and the store had nice items.I will shop online with the company but will not return to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would! I go on multiple vacations with my husband every year and this year it was Orlando. I shop at BoxLunch everwhere I go and if the lunch money promo is going on I am always able to use my lunch money by the cashier looking it up on my account and not having to bring any in. This is the first store I’ve been to that would not do that. They chose to only use 1 of my coupons and making me pay for everything else full price. No effort was given to even care or ask a manager to help a very loyal customer that spends thousands of dollars in their stores. Luckily the store in my hometown is full of amazing and caring people that I have become so close to that they are going to honor my discounts. This store in Orlando not only ruined my day but put a sour taste in my mouth with this store. Very bad business. 0 out of 10…DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
