Boost mobile is the most incompetent phone service company that I have ever dealt with when it comes to phone service. They put you on hold and you will never make it to a supervisor if you request it.

Called to ask a question about my mans account and if it was possible to have info faxed to the dealership we were at. The man on the phone was very rude from jump, kept cutting me off when I was speaking and just didn’t seem to want to be bothered w my questions. He wasn’t listening to what I had to say and talked over me. I ended up hanging up before I cussed him out, but you guys need to work on customer service a little better.

First of all, the service is 100% done professional, the customer service is beyond the best I've seen walking in a cellphone store.. the 2 guys in the front are really professional and they know everything about phones. I'm happy to say that I've been coming to this same store for more than 9 years and since the day I met Omar.. he has never disrespected me in any way and always helps me when I need the assistance. I would give this store a beautiful 5*. I always send my family/ friends to buy phones/ wigs because I know that they will be treated the same exact way I am treated.. Anyone that would like to have professional service done for their phones or buy anyone they would like to purchase... this would be the most preferable and desirable location to visit to make the purchase.. Thank you so much for your outstanding performance handling your customers.

Very bad manner employee. Refused service because he could not answer my question. As far as corporate, they will NOT do anything. Any complaints goes on deaf ears. I will not get their service even if it is free.
