Worst place to deliver. They will make you wait. They are slower than pouring honey in the winter. Eat something before you come here or avoid it at all cost.

As I read all these comments I really have to agree this place does infact suck I go there normally 2 times a day they know me very well there and on occasion I get in and out but normally it's at least 2 to 3 hours before I leave and I'm sorry to say but I feel like a lot of the forklift operators are racist I'm a white person that first time in my life I have felt that way

I dont see why everyone complains and is leaving bad reviews ... Shelly was the best our Dispatcher dropped the ball on making a appointment and Shelly more than hospitable getting us in.. we were in and out within a hour and the guys unloading were a hoot.

I had e delivery today at this place and I’m telling you is the worst place that i ever been in my carrier the office people are so bad and rude I had no appointment to unload and when I got here 7am when they opened they told me my appointment is at 11am so I left and come back at 10:30 the let me inside there yard and I told the guy at the office pls unload me quickly cos my ac went out and it is 100f outside but I guess the workers at the office are not human cos they let me wait untill 2 pm on the heat with no ac and than start unloading me . I don’t recommend no one to come load and unload at this horrible place

Takes forever to get unloaded they'll keep you sitting all day while they worry about themselves first. If your a trucker avoid this place they just waste your time

Bad service & horrible people, just trying to unload is a pain in the neck, rules about this and that. Forklift rushing you while taking off the tarp and unstrapping, then take hours to take off the cargo. Arguing and offensive talk with forklift and other people working there. Never coming here again and if I see their address in the load I ain't taking it. Till they fix this nonsense.

Hurry up and wait and wait and wait. By appointment only and don't show up more than 15 minutes before or they'll turn you away. I had to wait two hours to get unloaded for lumber, unacceptable! It's been two years since I've been here, now I remember why.

Slow as frozen $hit rolling up hill off a sloths a$$. 2-3hrs to unload lumber? Don't miss your appointment time... got in at 10am for 11am appointment, didn't get out till 1pm.

These people are are more scared of the hard working American than the government. When you come in you have 3 or 4 numbers to call instead of walking in the door then they open a barbed wire gate to let you back it's as bad as being imprisoned. I guess they are scared of the boogie man rather than Joe biden.

Delivery is by appt only. Do not arrive more than 30 min before appt , they have a meeting from 9-10 daily. Expect to be there for about 2 hrs. No over night pkg and once mty you must leave area. Do not make a right out of gate due to no thru trucks on that road.

Nice big enough to get in and out of with the semi truck to enter an exit out of there is time consuming because you're on a residential Street area other than that a good place to deliver to.

I am using my wife's account to leave this review, since I won't open an account just for this. I wish I had the option of giving the staff 0 stars! Got there the night before, I had an appointment for delivery at 11 am. I was welcomed by a very rude "so called" manager who saw how my helmet fell while removing tarps, he turned it into a big problem, and then said that he won't offload my truck until the day after. I requested to talk to a supervisor, the agreed to offload at 1:30 and it never happened. Offloaded after a huge line. These people don't have respect for truckers; they don't care if you are tired, if you have been out of home for weeks, if you have a pick up scheduled, if you are away from your family and kids, specially during the holidays. They just don't care! First and last time going to this place. No humans working here!
