Quite a large dealership. Staff were busy going about their day to day tasks and not much interaction was offered. I purchased a jersey as memento of my visit, and was looked after by an informative and friendly member of the parts department.

I was in the store, intending to buy a GS1300 or 1250 (I already have one in Brazil).
What a disappointment! The seller completely ignored me. He seemed to be more interested in drinking his coke.
I didn't even know when they could receive the GS1300.
Terrible service, for a BMW and Triumph dealership.
Result? I found a dealership in Kissimmee, which sells many brands, and bought a KTM 1290 Super Adventure S. I loved the bike! As for the store's service, I will comment on the Central Florida Powersports review.

Awesome customer service, sales personnel very tentative. The parts dept awesome people and very friendly. Service dept always ready to take care of your bike!!

My son ordered lockable saddle bags for his bike. He got bags but cannot get the locks and keys after several attempts.

I have been to the store several times to buy a motorcycle and no one has helped me, very terrible customer service, no one attends to it. It was my last time to go to that store, what a shame it is a representative of BMW Germany in Orlando I hope another dealer arrives

Poor Management experience! Recommend retraining for the top 3Ps of Customer Service: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude.
UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT, then rather than close out his interaction with us gets on the phone and had us waiting around.
Service and Sales Rep close to 5 stars!

We were visiting Orlando from Canada and decided to pop in as my partner was very interested in buying a BMW back home but we wanted to get info and try a couple for sizing. Plus it was her birthday so we thought it’d be fun. We disclosed our situation, ie not buying a bike in Orlando but will be buying in Canada. Well let me tell you. We were introduced to Carl. Knowing our situation, he gladly showed us around, let her try some bikes (me too for fun) and imparted so much valuable information. He even gave us his contact info in case we had future questions. Knowing he wasn’t making a potential sale, Carl was amazing. The dealership is great. Wish we had Carl back home. Thanks for a great time at the dealership. We learned a ton and have expanded our options.
