3 different times asked if we needed help like we were going to steal. Let me grab that for you lol If it wasn't for my daughter wanting cloths badly there I would of went elsewhere. Not all of us are tourist. Be carful some of us work for the media and are very close friends with the commissioner.

Manager here needs to stop telling the floor workers to approach shoppers nonstop. Sometimes we just want to look at clothes without being approached a dozen times in a 5 minute visit.

Amazing quality store with amazing quality clothes and service. Although it has a great variety of both mens and female clothes ranging from casual shorts, beach dresses, sundresses, board shorts, bikinis, jeans, to t-shirts, polos, short sleeve and long sleeve shirts, and even more formal stylish long sleeve shirts. The store also offers a selection of flip flops, hats, back packs, beach bags, wallets, socks, and many more things! The service was also great with very respectful employees and amazing fashion and combination recommendations from them. Covid precautions in place. Quick, patient, polite and bilingual. Welcoming staff and knowledge in all products offered.

Although the clothes are cute in design they're over priced being the fact that they're cheaply made from cheap materials like polyester and rayon. The store was decorated nicely with surfer vibes.

We have gone to Billabong in Millenia twice since March and have left delighted with our purchases and experience both times. Caio was our salesperson each time and he is both helpful and engaging. He is an asset to Billabong without a doubt!

On Sunday I was helped by Caio and Adrian. They were so kind and helpful. Considering that I spend a lot of time to decide( which frustrates everyone) they were so patient and willing to help me and give me suggessions. They did everything with love.
