We have been a loyal customer of Bill Bryan State farm agency for over 20 yrs. Within the past 2 yrs. We have had a number of problems with this agency and It has been over all very stressful. With wrong insurance quotes, losing valuable signed documents, not following through by not giving/sending State farm corporate signed documents and information changes, ignoring customer concerns, not returning customer calls, a lack of professionalism, courteousy and over all very poor customer service by Greg Bryan. Trying to communicate with him has been very difficult it feels as if your talking to a brick wall. There is a lack of any sensitivity to a customer's concern on top of the many blunders on Greg's part and absolutely no assuming responsibility for any of his mistakes. There has never ever been an acknowledgment nor even an apology. These errors have cost us more and more money over the past 2 yrs. The issues have been carrying over and pending with the corporate office. While we were told that everything had been fixed it had not, when we received our next premium statement the premium was still too high and the changes had not been made. Even though we had sent 3 of the same documents 3 times directly to the agency, again they could not find any of them. 3 documents loss/miss placed over the course of 5 months and not a phone call, email or letter informing us that they did not have them nor were we sent even one duplicate form that was needed to again be signed so that it could be sent to State farm corporate. Greg dropped the ball repeatedly so documents were not filed, the changes were never made, he did not follow up with corporate to give them the information they needed so issues were exactly still the same as before! It has been impossible to get a return call from Bill Bryan when we tried to reach out to him several times with no response. Over the past years we had a good connection with this agency but over the past 2 years things have went horribly down hill very quickly. We wish Bill Bryan would take control of the office again or hire a competent agent to manage it properly. It has been stressful and frustrating.
