We received a recommendation from a neighbor that was very pleased with Big Kat Moving to give them a call for a move we were planning. We were so glad that we took her recommendation! I gave them a call and Henry came over a couple of hours later to size up our move and to find out our moving needs so he could give an accurate quote for a move from Orlando to Jacksonville. Within a few hours, I had a very reasonable quote from Henry and my move was booked and confirmed! Throughout the whole process, Henry was great at communications and follow up, as well as he was professional, friendly and put you at ease about your move. On moving day, Henry and his two assistants (Brandon & Aaron) arrived at the designated time and were careful and quick with loading up our belongings. When we got to Jacksonville, they were equally efficient with the unloading and placement of our belongings in our new home and did it with care. They even went above and beyond and helped us move a few other things that were already in the home to more appropriate locations. If you are looking for a mover for any type of job....small, big, local or long distance......do not hesitate to give Henry a call at Big Kat Moving and have him come see you to discuss your move. We highly recommend and don't think you will be disappointed.

We bought a house last year and inherited a broken down shed and swingset that we didn’t want. I called Big Kat Moving several months ago and talked with Henry about removing them. He and his team were here the next morning to remove them both and were in and out in 45 minutes! It saved us so much time and headache in trying to remove them ourselves. Great communication and reasonable pricing! I’d definitely recommend for any moving needs and definitely give them a call if you need something removed from your home or office.

This moving company is amazing. We had the pleasure to meet Henry. He showed us transparency, honesty, and overall made an effort to listen to our questions, and encourage questions. Henry came over and tour our property and gave us an estimate that same day. He gave us tips on having a fast and efficient move. We follow his instructions, and literally these people came in and moved us exactly as they told us they would do (no surprises). These guys took care of our stuff as if it was theirs. They were punctual, fast and very understanding. I have never had such a stress-free move. Henry did a great job with his crew, he arrived right on time and moved us in under 3 hours! They all helped arrange all of our furniture the way we wanted it, and helped break it down and put it back together. We couldn’t of done this move without him! Thank you Henry!
