I had been trying to get to Betty's Promo ever since they relocated. Was able to succeed 12/20/23 to get a FAMU Stadium Cross Body Bag. Needed the bag to gift for Christmas. The customer service was superb and the quality of merchandise is what I expected. I like to see and examine what I purchase. I was not disappointed and you won't be either. Need HBCU and Greek gifts for Christmas or any occasion, get to Betty's Promo without delay.

I had a fantastic experience with Betty's Promos Plus. I phoned them to ask a question and they were pleasant and helpful. I then placed an order and, when orders were delayed, they notified me and provided a discount code for a future order. I contacted them and told them I really needed my order within the timing I'd originally expected and they sent it via expedited delivery without additional charge. The items I ordered were beautiful and high quality. I recommend Betty's for paraphernalia purchases.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Needed items for a last minute probate and called the store on a closed date and received an immediate text back. Management then opened the store on the following day and allowed me to make purchases.

Betty’s promo plus service is undeniable best customer service by far that I’ve ever experienced. I needed an item right away and they guaranteed I would receive it on the date I requested; however the item came 3 days before expected. I was so happy when it arrived. They kept me updated regarding my shipment. First class service from a first class company. Thank you for help making my day special!
