Worst Best Buy I visited, we spent +1,600 dollars and they don't have 1 large bag for play? Pure plastic bags smaller than a play game. Those who serve you are a disaster and work without enthusiasm. The only thing I can highlight is the lady at the entrance who recommended that we go to target to look for a bag!!! In the end we gave him one from Burlington. A disaster.

Worst experience at this chain so far — Enough for a review on it. Last night I went in to grab primarily a pair of Pioneer car speakers at 7pm on Friday. Mind you, I also went an extra 30 minutes from my closest store because that Best Buy did not have the speakers I needed — I checked. So I went in to this location, grabbed them, found an open box deal with no price tag, and took it to checkout within 30 minutes. Had to wait in line 20 minutes for one person in front of me — no associates came to assist checkout and by the time I was called there were upwards of five people also waiting behind me. As for the checkout experience, the associate did not ask me ANY questions. Not about my membership, my experience, and most importantly about my speakers. It also took another 10 minutes of the associate not knowing the open-box price and needing another associate who also struggled to find the price. I was then billed nearly 130 dollars for one pair of speakers only to find out in my car that the associate charged me a whopping 80 dollars for an install that he never asked about, and NEVER DID. I could have walked away spending three times the money on nonexistent services! I went back in, spoke with customer service and they refunded me explaining that the associate on checkout was new and in training. But that doesn’t excuse the fact that another lady came in to help him and didn’t say a word or check anything! Now I have to wait half a week because of business days before I can finally get back the 80 dollars they negligently took. Clearly multiple associates here are trained very poorly and management is dismissive and careless about it. I hope at the very least that these speakers I bought will actually work on install. What a disaster!

It is one of the complete Electronics Mar stores. The chain is very varied. The attention is almost always excellent and very dedicated. Well-prepared employees answer all questions and queries. I always go back to Best Buy.
