By far the best experience I’ve ever had for my Bentley service. We have other luxury cars however, this Bentley dealership is by far the best, most smooth customer service experience ever. They are reliable, quick, friendly and most importantly outstanding!! I wish all dealerships were like them. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Ryder is my guy! Thanks again for making things so quick and easy for me always!!!

I’ve had my Lamborghini Gallardo serviced here a year ago and just last week sent my Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster for Egear Clutch snap checked. Both times, their service manager George Romer has been ABSOLUTELY first class along with everyone in their service department. George is honest, timely, accommodating, knowledgeable and most importantly, professional....Highly recommended

I called the Fields Motorcars Lamborghini of Orlando on 11/11/2020 at 2:12 PM with a serious inquiry about the sales tax situation of buying a Huracan Spyder from South Carolina. The gentleman that picked up told me that I would have to pay sales tax in SC, but that he could not legally allow me to leave the parking lot of the dealership because I would have to pay the FL tax also to be able to use those roads. He said my other option was to have it shipped back to SC. I complained that I was being double taxed and he said that he disagree. Apparently it's the law. When I pushed back on the issue, he mentioned that if I'm paying $250K for a car then a couple of hundreds would not matter. We concluded with him saying he might be 'nice' and ship it back to SC for me. Needless to say, no matter what the gentleman's intention was to misinform me I will NOT be doing business with this dealership.

Dont buy any cars from this dealership !!!! I want to share my experience so other consumers dont deal with what i have to deal with . A few days ago i saw the car the i have been wanting and it was sold at this dealership.Working with an sales associate and the manger Andrew and completing the proper paperwork and taking my money for the deposit i was promised the vehicle and that everything was good,thinking that i purchased the car i have been wanting I get a call that the vehicle is sold to someone else, I want to start by saying that this dealership is very unprofessional and unreliable. They sold the car to another person when it was all ready for me I will never do business with them again and i highly recommend if anyone wants to buy a car especially luxury dont go to this dealership and don't have someone with a manger title like Andrew lie to you and waste your time and money

On Saturday Feb 29, 2020 I/we went to Field's Bentley of Orlando to look at a car I/we saw online and at that time after several hours of being passed onto different people that pushed us into buying on the spot I gave them a $5000.,00 deposit just so they would stop brow betting me. My husband got so upset with them he left he showroom and went to our car. He told me when I came out they do that to beat you into mental sub,mission to buy the car with high high pressure. I am 65 and my husband is 73 next month with health conditions yet they still tried continued to intimidate us.. They knew of my husband's health condition yet they keep pounding on us to buy that my husband got sick and had to leave the building. These people were monsters. It was agreed that I had until noon on Wednesday March 4, 2020 to tell them if I wanted the car or my deposit back and that morning I told them NO and that I wanted my $5000.00 deposit back which to date they have not given back. They have been promising since then to give me my money back and they have not. Just today the sales person promised to get me the deposit back and that she would call me back soon giving me the details, she did not call as she promised. There has been nothing done with the exception of one lie after another about the returning of the $5000.00 deposit. Tomorrow I plan on calling the sheriff's fraud dept. and hopefully begin the process of filing charges for fraud. I had to file grand theft fraud charges on a man that took $4625.00 from my credit card and just the end of last week my attorney told me that the sheriff's dept. has arrested him and setting a court date with the judge to prosecute him. If this is what I have to do to Field's Bentley or Orlando then that's what I will do. I plan on putting this review on Yelp and filing it with the BBB and as many other sites as I can. They have done this to themselves.
