We opted to talk with Bay Hill jewelers about a custom engagement ring after I'd previously had a positive experience with them years ago fixing a watch.I'm so glad we did! I can't stress enough how positive the service has been. Communication has been outstanding, the quality of the products is excellent, and Jeffery and Tiffany have truly made us feel like family each and every time we've come by for an appointment. Diamond earrings that were specifically made for me by our jeweler overseas had a clasp issue. Bay Hill was able to fix it and check both earrings to make sure they are safe to wear, so I don’t lose them. Customer service was also fabulous. Staff was incredibly nice.

Stacey and her team at Bay Hill Jewelers made the absolute engagement ring of my dreams! I can't even begin to thank her for creating the most magical piece of jewelry for the start of our marriage. She was able to capture and display the diamond from my mom's ring and create something completely my own without losing any sentiment or beauty. I went to several Jewelers and the experience here was infinitely better than all of the others. The people there made me feel welcome and we are definitely friends for life now. I needed an engagement ring but I needed it in a week, and I had a very tight budget. They really did work magic. They got me exactly what I wanted and I got it very quickly at a very great price. I am so thankful for everyone who made this happen for me!
