Aiden was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to get me all the batteries I needed (battery for my motorcycle and my diabetes glucose meter) including a key fob for my son's car as a spare. He was efficient and fully engaged with my needs. I will always come back here.

Awful service. CWA Clerks With Attitudes. Their battery warranty is a scam. You can’t return items only replace. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I just want my battery back that was supposed to be tested in 48 hrs. Been a week can’t get anyone to call me back.

I came here with my wife in a friendly, polite, and positive manner only to get treated as if I'm the one being ignorant. The way I was spoken to, was like I stepped into some kind of getto hip hop video. Miles and the girl I delt with are incompetent, arrogant, impatient, and lacking of knowledge. For their information there are atleast 5 different reasons a battery can swell up.On 11/27/2023 I arrived around 6:30pm. The store looked empty, when the girl finally popped out the back I was carrying the second battery inside the store (one was a return one was a core). I asked how she was doing but no response. She long story short the girl went full getto hood rat on me accusing me of damaging the battery saying "why it do dat dough , why it do dat? Why it do dat dough"?She says "so the battery swelled up all by its self? Hmmmm interesting...." she then accuses me of over charging the batteries which is not possible if you're using an over charge controller, and unplugging the cord once the cycle is complete. She said "I can tell you right now I can't return that battery because 1:when a battery gets swelled or damaged its because the customer over charged it and 2:come tomorrow to talk to my manager to return it.I come in today around 9:10am and I greet miles and ask him how he's doing, but no response. I tell him I'm bringing in a battery but I wanted to explain my situation first. Miles becomes irritated, in a similar way with less verbal attitude and much more negative body behavior asks me why it's bad and I explain and he defends his co worker and says "yes usually that's what it is it was over charged" he marches to the car andcbrings the battery in, explains that most of the batteries on the shelf are swollen (not true, large caliper tool shows this battery is approximately half an inch larger) and he says that swelling is normal in the amount of time (not true I purchased them in September why arent the other batteries I installed at the same time swollen?) He says there's nothing he can do and as all of the other reviews explain miles and the girl have attitude issues and----You WILL get blamed for damaging the battery and they won't honor warranty.---Hire some adults, that can speak to human beings with respect and intellect. People capable of listening, and then speaking. I could not get any word in with the girl, and the guy miles was also ready to fire back a "smart" answers without actually listening as I attempted to speak.I was respectful the whole time, watch your cameras and listen to the audio. The truth is there.Could they be related? They made the same ignorant annoyed facial expression and I saw the same car parked there today as last night when only the girl was "working" there.Be warned ⚠️ if you try to return something one of the questions may be "Why it do dat dough" you may need to have your ebonics translator ready.

Bought batteries for a sizzors lift batteries were great issue is they charged $25 a battery core charge and failed to inform me your had14 days to turn in old ones to get my core charge refunded. Poor policy.

The location needs educated employees. Twice I was given incorrect information. Merci who answers the phone is a petulant child with no customer service skills or knowledge of the items from Batteries plus. Miles also told me something was in stock when it wasnt. Rick the mngr was no better and I got the feeling he hates either his job or just doesn't care. Unfortunately I have to use them because my product is under warranty. Never again.

If your battery is under warranty they will screw you and blame you for the battery failing. I will never ever go there again.

If you need to get your phone fixed, I would strongly suggest you do not go here. I was just getting the front screen replaced on my iPhone, and after waiting about an hour the store called me and informed me that there was an issue. The new screen that they had put on my phone was defective, but it was the only one in store, and they ordered a new one, but it would not arrive until 2 days later. The larger issue at hand was that they informed me after they tried to put the old screen back on (which they had told me they were not careful with, and it was much more cracked then it was before), the screen blacked out and was not coming back on. After this, I informed them I would just like my phon back and I will take it elsewhere. About an hour later, they called again and said that the employee performing the "repair" had left out the proximity sensor. The employee had no sympathy for my situation, and did not offer an apology of any kind, and did not try to provide any consolation for sending me back with a practically non-functioning phone. Would absolutely not recommend going here for a repair or for decent customer service.

Ayden is the most hardworking and kind employee I've ever interacted with at any business ever. I was having battery issues with my car and decided I needed it replaced. I came on a rainy afternoon, and Ayden was the only staff working at the time, and he was doing his best to give every customer the best service he could. When he got to replacing my battery, the rain water on my battery caused a spark between the cable and the battery, blowing a fuse in my car (was NOT his fault, he was just doing his job and it could've happened to anyone). I had to leave my car at the store overnight, and he personally offered to drive 30 mins to the dealership the next morning (on his own time before work) to get the fuse to replace in my car. He also offered to Uber me home since my car wouldn't work with the broken fuse. Throughout the whole process, he was so personable and easy to talk to, and it seemed like he genuinely cared about the work he was doing. He could've easily turned me away because he's not a mechanic, and it wasn't his job, but he truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He worked for hours and did research to properly diagnose the issue and then resolve it. He's an outstanding guy, and I am so thankful that he was able to help. Batteries Plus should be proud to have an employee like him.

My daughter's car battery died, and Ayden at Batteries Plus went above and beyond in assisting her with replacing it. Battery was just about 2 years old, and it was replaced under warranty with $0.00 owed! I am used to a prorated discount in these situations, but not today!I highly recommend Batteries Plus, and if all their staff is anything like Ayden on Alafaya Trail, you will be blown away!

I went there on a Monday to get my iPhone screen fixed than Wednesday morning I realized Face ID was no longer operational. I called the store in hopes of them providing some sort of warranty or helping me out. Was told it was my fault as everything was operational after I left. There was no consideration as to whether the screen itself was faulty as it had only been 2 Days since I got it fixed. No offer to investigate whether the technician improperly repaired my device. There are no cracks on the screen as it had only been 2 DAYS and I was told it was my fault. Not sure if this is how they treat all their customers but this is how I was treated, Would not recommend and have no plans on returning.
