This place was recommended to me by my motorcycle mechanic Doc at Cycle Pro and I'm glad he told me about them. They have the best price in town for my sportster 1200 battery with a 1 year warranty. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They will also install your battery, even motorcycles if it is easy enough and they are not too busy. I will be telling everyone about this place myself. a breath of fresh air! been driving for iver 20 yrs and NEVER had such a good experience buying a battery. Will n the gang are friendly, professional had great options, took apple pay and gave fair, honest pricing. none if that girl-gouging that happens at so many automotive places. Love them and will be back if needed!

I'll talk about the price last, but first, it's about customer service. My battery died this morning in my Ford Escape. A friend, after jumping my car, recommended Batteries, inc. It was a bit of a drive for me and there were countless Auto Zones and Advance Auto Parts within minutes of me, but I trusted my friend and drove down to Batteries, Inc. I was immediately met by the owner, I think his name was Jeff, and his wife, I think her name was Jennifer maybe? He had me pull in my Escape into the bay and proceeded to test the battery and do a load test. The battery was at or near the end of life but because it died, I knew it was time. I took a breath waiting to hear how much it was going to be. I had been paying $150-$200 for batteries over the past couple years from the chain auto parts places. The price I was quoted was under $100. "Are you sure?" I asked? "Yes" he said. "Is it a used battery?" "Nope he said." He explained that he buys in bulk and doesn't have the overhead that the retail shops do. In under 10 minutes, the old battery was out and the new battery was in and I didn't have to wait for the employee of one of the chains to wheel out their tool cart and fumble trying to figure out how to change the battery out. Jeff again tested the new battery, alternator and did another load test to ensure the new battery was working. The car started right up. The low price was appreciated, but the customer service, which is what I specialize in in my business," was the way businesses USED to care about their customers. For that reason I wanted to write this review and praise this couple for the great service and of course, the very affordable great price. I am most assuredly going to buy batteries from here from now on. Only one note. The business is in a small industrial section of Hoffner with a bunch of little warehouse businesses. You may need to make a couple turns within the little complex area but you will see the sign eventually. They also sell wipers, and the owner said they hope to be doing tires soon.

This place was my savior on a whim! Like most are saying it’s family owned and the prices are extremely fair! Will presented great customer service, he took all the frustration away despite being in an annoying situation… batteries dying are really inconvenient but they will take care of you. I strongly recommend this place and I will be coming back for any future needs.

Came in and got a quote before I brought my pathfinder up. I decided it was a good deal and brought it up. When he opened the hood he told me he had the same size battery for much less. You know he didn't have to do that and You know me I like to save $$$. Thanks guys for being honest? and providing A-1 customer service.

This is a great family-owned business for all of your battery needs. They had to change locations due to a sale of their property. They're nearby but no longer have great visibility. Same great people and I recommend them highly.

I bought an brand new expensive marine battery from these folks a couple yrs ago. It would not hold a charge so I took it back a week later. The owner told me it was just my boat motor not charging enough and to just leave it on a charger when not in use. He refused to give me a different one. That was a LIE! A year later I took it into Autozone as I mentioned the continuing issue,they said they have a smart battery tester. They confirmed it was a bad battery from the get go. AVOID this place! And if you ever have doubts about a battery from them take it to Autozone for a real battery check-up before going back in with it.Chump batteries & Chump owner
