I already understood why this location has such bad reviews, I already checked it, they do not give complete information about the procedures they do, ANA SCHULLO helped us, I hope not to see replicas of help because they do not solve anything, 1 star is too much and the money I lost, they are not going to give it back to me

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. The wait time is ridiculous, and the front desk did not notify me there is a long wait. If I was notified I will not waste my time here! And also the branch employees is just play on there are computer and not calling anybody that wait for help!

The place is nice. The attention is decent. The only problem, I don't understand why they indicate that you can open an account as a tourist when you can't, the only way is that you live in the country even if you are a tourist (it is for illegal immigration). Waste of time. For that, indicate that clearly on your page.

Excellent bank, well located and with very good attention from the staff, organized and attentive. In this branch ask for "Sem Chery", an excellent banker, good knowledge of procedures and concerned about his clients. Sem Chery is the best banker I have met so far and deserves the best chair there is.

I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service received at the Bank of America branch located at 7682 Dr Phillips Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819, specifically in relation to the manager Ismael Rosales.Unfortunately, my experience as a customer has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Recently, I found myself in a situation where I felt discriminated against and mistreated during my interaction with Ismael Rosales. Not only did I experience a lack of ethic, professionalism, but I also faced threats from him, including the possibility of closing all my products without any evidence nor clear explanation.As a customer, I find it unacceptable to receive such treatment. Not only does it affect my trust in Bank of America, but it also goes against the principles of customer service and respect that I expect from an institution of your caliber.Furthermore, I am concerned that I was denied the opportunity to speak with a specialist in Mortgage, which is crucial to addressing my concerns effectively and obtaining the information I need.If you encounter Ismael Rosales, please escape from the branch as quickly as possible. He is an aggressive person, discriminates, and does not take his job seriously. I'm sick and tired those suspicious activities that they claim. Pay bills,buy food that kind of stuff, lamao. I can't use my own money as I pleased. Awfull, they blocked my card 4 times in less than 6 month.... I'm switching to another bank and gonna close my bank accounts with Boa completely!!!
