THE WORTS CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are really rude and unpolite, I went with my husband to open an account. We wait for two hours, they just talk to the people that were already clients. And they were speaking between them in Spanish and Portugues, saying that they don't want to open and account for us. My husband is Brazilian and my first language is Spanish. NEVER GO THERE. THEY DO A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service received aby Ismael Rosales.If you have the misfortune of being attended to by Ismael Rosales, please do not waste your time and escape from the branch as quickly as possible. He is an aggressive person, discriminates, and does not take his job seriously. I have already escalated the situation to the institution's leadership.Unfortunately, my experience as a customer has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Recently, I found myself in a situation where I felt discriminated against and mistreated during my interaction with Ismael Rosales. Not only did I experience a lack of ethic, professionalism, but I also faced threats from him, including the possibility of closing all my products without any evidence nor clear explanation.As a customer, I find it unacceptable to receive such treatment. Not only does it affect my trust in Bank of America, but it also goes against the principles of customer service and respect that I expect from an institution of your caliber.Furthermore, I am concerned that I was denied the opportunity to speak with a specialist in Mortgage, which is crucial to addressing my concerns effectively and obtaining the information I need.If you are attended to by Ismael Rosales, please escape from the branch as quickly as possible. Very upset with the Bank's service. We needed to resolve an issue with our account, we arrived at the service and were not given an estimated time to be seen without an appointment. We waited a long time and if they had at least given us an estimate of the waiting time, I would have left. You sit for up to 3 hours and leave without solving your problem. I think if it's not possible to answer, they could let you know or give an estimated time. ???

The worst place ever. I was in the line for 1 hour and 30 minutes. From 1:30pm to 3 pm. And I left. I can’t wait anymore.

Very bad attention from the reception. The man who helped me last week had zero criteria. Today lacy solved my problem in 5 minutes. It is worth having a bank that has these kinds of people. People generate the user experience.
I hope the bank values this HR.

The front door receptionist was not helpful in explaining anything and at times very rude. Will not be going back there.
