I went to a different branch this morning that opens at 9:00AM I was there at 9:02AM they already had a line of at least 15 people in front of me. I decided to get back to work instead and go during my break to this branch that is a lot closer. Only to find that this branch has only one teller!! Lol Bank of America keeps all the money, no benefits for their client or their workers. How are you going to have only one teller on a Friday 15 when everyone gets pay?? Ridiculous, please do better for your clients and employees.

Nobody answers the phone! I had to go online to make an appointment for a medallion signature gaurantee and I don't even know if this location does this. This is bad!

1 teller working at 10am on a Monday morning is ridiculous. Standing here in line as 3 other employees sit in offices not helping move the line and just chatting away with each other. Bad business

Terrible experience. Bank treated me like a criminal.I pin validated, I provided my driver's license, I provided 2 factor authentication via a text to my cell phone twice, I confirmed all of my personal information on my account, I even provided my old driver's license from another state.While security is important, THAT was overkill! In addition to that, I had a meeting to attend 30 minutes after my interaction started. When the time was getting close. I told them if this will take much longer, I will come back later. I mentioned this again when there was 7 minutes left until my meeting. And then I asked for all of my stuff back 5 minutes til. She didn't listen and held my stuff there against my will until she FINALLY got my cashiers check printed. I ended up late to my meeting with my director.Absolutely ridiculous. Train your staff better. After this, I will be looking for a local credit union to switch to.

Whe. you ask to speak to a manager they hang up on you today at 3pm. I was on the phone with one of their lady staff and what she was saying didn't make any sense from what I've always delt with when it come to bank of America and when I told her i wanted to speak to a supervisor I heard her actually hang up on me phone down and all that.?♂️?. Professionalism is lacking in that one there but I called back for 6 minutes straight till some one picked up that person was very help and made clear things the other staff apparently couldn't handle. This lady did her job and I appreciate it.
