I went to get some money from a check that it was already deposit in my bank account, and the person told me that the manager didn’t approve the transaction because an excuse they made out, then the manager of the bank told me that I could do it the next day, so I went the next day and all of the sudden she made Bank of America hold the check that it was already in bank account, just to made me loose my whole check, I went there and she told me that she didn’t do something but at the end she told me, you have to contact Td bank, that’s where the check was coming from, and TD bank has to call her so she can release my check. This women is racist with the Hispanic community and is trying to play with people’s money.

No drive thru tellers and only 1 teller working in the lobby which appears to be the standard for BoA. I've never seen less than 5 people in line which means you're waiting 20+ minutes everytime. Today I walked in and there were 8 people in line with 1 teller. Turned and walked out.I'm lobbying my company to PLEASE use any bank other then BoA. They are simply not customer focused.Editing because of "owner's response":Stop apologizing and HIRE TELLERS. Stop telling your customers to use the ATM. There are lots of transactions where we can't use an atm. Look at the very reviews you keep replying to and understand that your customer service & wait times are awful, not improving, and angering customers. It's not the customer's fault that you are poorly staffed. Stop telling US how to fix YOUR issues.

My how the mighty have fallen.. or soon will. Business "rewards" customer here of 6 years. If you need help over the phone its reasonable to get through most times but other issues require in person branch meet ups. BOA is now far worse than the DMV. Customer after customer come in and are quotes 2 hour wait times. The customer load vs number of branches is now astounding like I have never seen. I went to two branches 9 minutes apart and was quoted this both times. I called the "Business Rewards" line to be told they can't help me over the phone. So frustrating!!! No business customer has the time to sit around and wait hours for a banker. BOA, you are out of business. I'm finding a bank who is in business.

Absolutely the worst!!!!!….Unprofessional, rude, and slow customer service at this location, the customer service representatives act as if they do not want to help you or work, the bank is located in a crime ridden area, and u wait for hours when you do want to speak with someone…. Why are you even open?!?!….
